Casa Pequena

Welcome to Casa Pequena, a charming house located near the picturesque village of Luz, in the Western Algarve. This fully equipped property offers a cosy and comfortable hosting experience for families and couples seeking a relaxing stay with beautiful views of the sea, mountains, swimming pool and garden.



The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 people. It has 6 beds, with 3 double beds and 3 single beds, ensuring a peaceful rest for all guests. The 4 bathrooms, 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub, provide comfort and privacy.

Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds. AC and access to a balcony with a view of the house garden.

Bedroom 3 with a double bed. AC and access to the same balcony as bedroom 2, with a view of the garden and access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 4, with access from the exterior of the house - with a double bed. AC and access to the lower courtyard of the house, next to the garden. Private bathroom with shower cabin.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, combined fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fruit juicer and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals.



Next to the kitchen is the small office, equipped with a desk and chair, an ideal space for guests who need to work remotely.



Living room equipped with comfortable sofas and Television with cable channels (NOS package). Fireplace with heat recovery. AC. Dining area with rectangular table and chairs that accommodate up to 9 people. 2 Sliding doors open to the veranda that surrounds part of the house, with various outdoor furniture for greater comfort and leisure area for our guests. View over the pool and spa but also to the sea in the distance, towards Burgau.



The external spaces are a true highlight. The property has a private heated swimming pool of 8x4 metres and a spa with 4 seats.

Outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, drinks fridge, sink and various cupboards with a breakfast bar and high stools. This area enjoys shade provided by an attractive sail.



Terrace with built-in benches form a very pleasant corner, with a fire pit on the ground and wonderful view, especially at sunset.



A few steps up, there is another terrace area, covered by a pergola that provides shade or illuminates a dining area with a large dining table. Guests can enjoy leisure moments outdoors, taking in the panoramic views.



Among the amenities, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi internet, TV with Portuguese and English channels, indoor and outdoor fireplace for cooler nights, outdoor dining area, ping pong table, and extra conveniences such as first aid kit, ironing board and iron, and baby pack (upon request and with a small extra cost) stand out.



The location is privileged, just 2 km from the beaches of Luz and Burgau, with easy access to restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Close to golf courses, the house is ideal for those seeking relaxation and leisure activities. Faro airport is approximately 60 km away.



Additional features include a private entrance, parking for 2 cars, a plot with an area of 500m² and a view of the sea and mountains. Pets are not allowed, and the house is not recommended for groups of young people.



A perfect stay for those wishing to experience the best of the Algarve with comfort, privacy, and natural beauty.



The entire property is surrounded by a mature and grown garden, maintained by our gardener who takes care of it once a week. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are also serviced once a week.



Cleaning service:

Towels and bed linen are included and are changed once a week for stays of 2 or more weeks, along with a general cleaning. We do not provide beach towels (but they can be rented from CoolHouses).



Although located in a quiet area, it is very close to busy beaches, the Costa Vicentina National Park and several well-regarded golf courses.



Guests have access to the entire property.

Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.
