Modern kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Several other small appliances (toaster, kettle, hand blender, etc...)



Spacious living room, fireplace with log burning fire and heat recovery, dining area. Smart TV with cable channels and WiFi. Sliding doors open to a partially covered terrace with an extensible awning, with dining table and chairs. Charcoal barbecue.



1 en suite room with a double bed, wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower cabin. Sliding doors open to the garden and pool area.

Private parking area for 1 car within the house premises. Garage not available for guests. Addiitonal free parking outside the property.



Bed linen and towels are provided, including pool towels.

For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay.



No smoking is allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property.



Baby cot and highchair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.



Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except the garage.



CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to assist the guest.



In stays of 28 or more days, utility costs (water, gas, and electricity) will be charged.

There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the agreed terms and price.
