All bed linen and towels provided.



For stays longer than 14 nights, there will be cleaning service with a complete change of bed linen and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, there will be a towel change midway through the stay.



Smoking is not permitted.



Pets are not allowed



It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles on the property.



Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost.



Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas, except for the garage.



CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to assist guests



In stays of 28 days or more, costs for utilities (water, gas and electricity) will be charged.

There will also be a cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the agreed terms and price.
