Exclusiva villa vacacional con vista al mar y piscina climatizada.

La casa tiene tres habitaciones con dos baños. La cocina de estilo rústico totalmente equipada tiene electrodomésticos de alta calidad. Adyacente se encuentra el amplio salón-comedor con chimenea. El equipo también incluye dos televisores satelitales, un moderno sistema de alta fidelidad y una conexión telefónica y de internet.

Las grandes puertas del patio conducen a la terraza cubierta y a la gran piscina (10 x 5 m), que se puede utilizar durante todo el año debido a la calefacción existente de la piscina.

Una escalera conduce desde la elegante zona de entrada al dormitorio principal en el primer piso. Hay una gran terraza en la azotea aquí. Desde allí podrá disfrutar de la maravillosa vista del mar y la bahía de Lagos.

El hermoso jardín está rodeado por un seto.

Un punto culminante especial es la espaciosa sauna finlandesa en una casa de madera separada en el jardín (utilizable i. R. de noviembre a abril o por acuerdo especial).

Perfecto

Villa Danina es lo que puedes ver en las fotos: un pequeño palacio lleno de buen gusto y detalles. Está equipada hasta niveles de hotel de lujo. Si bien es cierto está enfocada a clientes alemanes e ingleses (CD, libros, canales de TV....). La cocina merece un comentario aparte: simplemente excepcional. No he echado en falta absolutamente de nada (y todo de nivel premium). No valoro todo con nivel de 5 estrellas por un pequeño incidente a la hora de poner en marcha la espectacular piscina (cubre bastante, no apta para gente que no sepa nadar) y por no hablar español (ya avisado por parte del propietario) Nivel de inglés perfecto. Los accesos son un poco peculiares por lo estrecho de la carretera, pero el emplazamiento es idílico si buscas tranquilidad. Sólo un "pero": hay que mejorar la sonoridad de una bomba de agua que hay en el garaje (seguro que lo arreglan de inmediato). Nosotros volveremos en cuanto podamos. Una estancia deliciosa. We loved this villa so much we’ve booked it for the next 2 years.The location is quiet and yet only a few minutes drive to the beach and Lagos.The house is light and airy, tastefully furnished and decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean.The pool area is sunny for most of the day and had shaded areas to provide some respite from the sun. There are views of the bay and Lagos from the large terrace on the upper floor.All in all, a fabulous place to stay.

Eine Woche in der Casa Danina

Die Woche war fantastisch und wir haben uns sehr in dem gepflegten Haus auf schönem Grundstück und traumhaftem Pool sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Schmuckstück und wir konnten auch nach Ausflügen dort wirklich entspannen. Darüberhinaus verlief auch die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin sehr angenehm, absolut reibungslos und sie war für uns immer ansprechbar. Im Fazit hat es uns in der Casa Danina sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbare Villa mit schönem, gepflegten Garten

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen entspannten Urlaub! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Ausstattung der Küche, die guten Betten und das nagelneue Sofa sowie die neuen Bäder. Außerdem tat die Fußbodenheizung auch in diesem Jahr (Februar) wieder gut!Die Präsentation der Villa ist sehr gelungen und zeigt alle Schönheiten derselben!Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin und zur Eigentümerin des Hauses ist hervorragend, wobei Fragen sofort beantwortet werden.Wir haben uns auch in diesem Jahr wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Beautiful Villa

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa for two weeks. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pictures of the view into Lagos really don’t do it justice. The good sized pool is surrounded by a well manicured gardens and with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one big bedroom upstairs. We loved how bright and airy it was in villa and would not hesitate to recommend it.

An Excellent Villa Holiday

This was our second stay at this villa and it really doesn’t disappoint. Spotlessly clean, high quality accommodation. Sigrid is so easy to deal with and the local agent, Elke is lovely and quick to respond to any questions. We will certainly stay again when we next visit the Algarve.

Sagres to Tavira

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and all appliances and amenities were functioning well. The location was fine, only 5 minutes or so from grocery stores and the main areas of Lagos and the beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and we had only great dinners and lunches. We traveled from Sagres to Tavira and were never more than 75 minutes by car from Lagos. All in all there was something for all ages and a great time.

wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön, äußerst gepflegt und sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines ganz besonderen Ferienhauses! Besonders angenehm und hervorzuheben ist die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus (im Februar gibt es nichts besseres!) sowie die stilvolle Einrichtung in hoher Qualität. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt und wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und ihrer Verwalterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil

Have just stayed a week with family and had a wonderful time. The villa is very modern, with large heated pool, lovely garden, and great views of Lagos from the balcony. Tolles Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub!

Beautiful Villa

Very well equipped and any problems quickly resolved by the rather wonderful Elka. You really need a car for your stay and the road down to town has initially no pavements. The upstairs balcony was amazing with beautiful views and the Villa was very clean and tidy. The beds were so comfortable. Absolutely an amazing Villa.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Danina and this villa ticked all the boxes for us, perfect in every way and we will certainly return. Location - it's in a quiet spot on the edge of Lagos, very private, not overlooked, and just a $7 Uber ride into town. Good views from the upstairs patio area. Villa Quality - perfect, everything was to a very high specification. Electric shutters, been to cup coffee machine, Weber BBQs (gas and charcoal), well equipped kitchen, great air-conditioning throughout, reliable wi-fi etc, etc Pool - a particular highlight, ultra clean, deep and very effective pool heating, not that you'll need it in summer, but very useful in the colder months. Photo don't do it justice, this really is a lovely place to stay. I would only wish to change one thing, the beds were very comfortable, but would have liked nicer quality bed linen :-)
