“It needs modernising; the air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced, the shower requires replacement, the television is not functioning properly, and the key system also needs updating. I stayed in the ensuite, and I have to say it is not up to standard. Although it is a very good hotel for conferences, it should be upgraded to match its name and reputation.”

“ I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed...
