I like the excellent customer service and the security system of the hotel. I like the fact that the location is centralized. I like the idea of daily breakfast buffet. Great services!

I love the closeness to the airport , bed and water pressure . The hot water was not too hot is the only bad

I have stayed here 3 x this hotel is super close to the airport , clean and the beds are comfy. showers very good and hot water . truthfully a bargain for the price

Nice, safe location for our family. Plenty of good restaurants are nearby (about 15 min walk, 5min drive). I would stay here again next time.

Check in/out efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cracked handbasin in the en-suite. One child was screaming constantly for several hours in the bar and restaurant area unchecked. Why?

Overall a nice place. The kitchen is good and offers a variety of both local and international dishes. Good value for money.

Hotel is pleasant and relaxing to stay in. For longer stay they would need to improve the reception of the TV channels in the rooms.

Avoid this hotel at all cost!!! My overall experience at this hotel was horrible. The room was unclean and smelly. bed sheets were stained and I found two cockroaches in my room. The food was ok but it took more than 1:30-2 hours to arrive each time. Tried to check out early but the manager told me since it was booked through Expedia, the hotel will not issue a refund. Absolutely the worst hotel in Lagos.

We don't come to Lagos for tourism , but mainly for business. We book premium hotels to have all facilities & confort to work . The WiFi & internet connection was dreadfull when using VPN : impossible to work properly . Hours in front of the lap top with no results . Stress & large delay in my work were the results of having chosen this hotel !!!
