Set directly on the oceanfront in Laguna Beach, this entire duplex puts the shoreline within arm`s reach, with private stairs leading from the home down to Torts Beach, tucked between 1000 Steps and Table Rock. Whether you`re carrying boards down at sunrise or simply watching the surf from a private deck, the connection to the coast is constant and effortless.

Spanning the full duplex across two thoughtfully arranged units, the home sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms, six beds, and four baths - with two kitchens, two living rooms, and three private ocean-facing decks creating the kind of generous, flexible space that works equally well for extended families and larger friend groups. Every part of the home faces the water.

Sleeping arrangements
The back unit spans two levels. On the first floor, a king bed sits alongside a sofa, dining area, full bath, and a fully stocked kitchen. A loft above holds two full beds. A detached studio on the Unit A deck adds a private king bed and 3/4 bath - ideal for guests who want their own space. The front unit features an oversized primary bedroom with a king bed, a portable full-sized bed, an air mattress, and an en suite bath. Downstairs, a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping near a second full bath and kitchen area.

Kitchen and dining
Two separate kitchens give your group the freedom to cook and gather without crowding into one space. Each is stocked with the essentials - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses. Dining tables in both units bring everyone together after time on the water, whether the meal is a quick breakfast before the beach or a proper sit-down dinner at sunset.

Living spaces
Two living rooms are furnished with comfortable seating, sleeper sofas, and mounted TVs. Central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, and a washer and dryer keep things comfortable across every season - particularly welcome in Laguna Beach`s cooler coastal evenings. Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace mean remote work and streaming are both well covered. Extra pillows, blankets, hangers, clothing storage, and an iron round out the practical touches throughout.

Outdoor spaces
Three private decks look directly out over the ocean, giving everyone in the group somewhere to sit with a view. A private patio or balcony and outdoor dining area extend the living space outside. Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are on hand so spontaneous trips down to Torts Beach require almost no planning.

Bathrooms
Four bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, and hot water throughout. One bathroom includes a bathtub.

Family and safety
A crib and Pack `n Play/Travel crib are available upon request for families traveling with young children. Home safety features include exterior security cameras at the front door of both Unit A and Unit B, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and a fire extinguisher. Free parking on premises and free street parking are both available, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple and seamless.

Location
Laguna Beach`s coastline, galleries, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach of the property. The home`s direct access to Torts Beach - situated between 1000 Steps and Table Rock - means some of the area`s most scenic stretches of shore are right at your door.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out if the schedule can accommodate your request. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Pets are welcome - no cats; certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Please note that packages should not be shipped directly to the home, as the property is accessed by multiple vendors, housekeeping, and Guest Services staff.
