We had a great time at the villa. The view was amazing, and proximity to Kapalua and Oneloa beaches was unbeatable. Communication was very prompt, and all the instructions were easy. They even provided plenty of detergent, paper towels and toiletries for the duration of the stay.

Very nicely appointed unit with a gorgeous view of the Ocean. Perfect place for our family of 4 with all the supplies we needed for the week. Would definitely rent it again.

Premium location

The location can’t be beat. It’s a beautiful condo that could use a deep cleaning. We saw several roaches in the kitchen and bathroom that kind of freaked me out.

Great view

Unit was a little run down. I can see they have done upgrades just well used. Had crazy neighbor experience a couple of times. Not owners fault but really unfortunate for such an expensive area. Cabinets need a deep cleaning smells like dead fish when you open the lowers. Great view and location. Whole experience not worth the cost. Hopefully others have better luck.

Third Stay at Villas

Just okay. We’ve stayed in better equipped, and worse equipped units. Pantry items were non-existent, and there were no seasonings except S & P. Cookware was adequate, but something besides foil to wrap a sandwich in would have been helpful. Beds and seating areas were comfortable. The unit could use some sound absorption panels, as every sound from downstairs carries up into the upper loft. Note, that the entire upstairs except the bathroom is a loft, and I’m not sure that is very clear from the description or the photos. The third bathroom on the ground floor was a blessing. And even though we did not use them, there is an entire closet of baby furnishings. The provided shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were a nice touch—mahalo! Even though you are on the west coast of Maui, this particular unit faced north, so it stayed fairly cool most of the day and we didn’t have to run the AC much. No sunsets from your perch, but it’s a lovely view nonetheless. We will return to The KB Villas for a fourth visit, but would probably chose a different unit.

Beautiful view

This place hit all our needs. It was clean and a great size with a nice lanai. We enjoyed our mornings and afternoons sitting and watching the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed and even came with a bag of coffee for our morning cup. There were plenty of towels and other toiletries available for use. Looking in the closets it had everything you would need to go to a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable. The only bummer would be if staying with another couple, as another rater noted, the primary bedroom is more of a loft. Although a nice size with a balcony, it doesnt lend itself to much privacy. Overall, it was a very nice quiet place to stay.

Super Nice - Great Views

We stayed as a family of 5 all adults, very clean, great location walking distance to beach and incredible views, nice pools and bbq's. Also 10 min from grocery store was nice. We would stay here again!

Amazing View and condo

We stayed in March and loved the condo. The space was perfect for the 5 of us (kids 21,18, and 12). The view is amazing from both balconies (living room and master). My kids loved that the pool was just across the parking lot and used it daily. The private beach is within a 5 minute walk and was great for playing in the waves or catching the sunset/sunrise. The master bedroom is an open loft which isn’t exactly detailed in the listing, so there is a lack of privacy. Watching the tv in the main living room and in the upstairs bedroom would not be possible at the same time, only an issue once, not a huge deal for us, but something to note. All in all, a beautiful property and location. Clean and well supplied. Plates and drinking glasses were fine, but mismatched, adding a few more would be helpful. Would stay here again!

A great place to stay in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in the condo on the beach. IT had all the amenities needed, and fit our family just perfectly. Be sure and use the complimentary bags provided. We don't come from a place where they charge for bags at the stores. The beach chairs and cooler came in handy as well. Only suggestion would be for a couple soft throw blankets for the evening sits on the beautiful patios, it was a bit windy and brisk in November. But honestly nothing to complain about. The view is epic, and waking to the rolling waves was just the perfect way to start every morning. A brief walk to the beach or the opposite direction were beautiful cliffs where we enjoyed viewing turtles. We will be back for sure

Beautiful Views

We enjoy the Kapalua area best and this house was incredible. From the expansive views to balconies everywhere there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity to a pool and a quick walk to kapalua bay. The house had great amemities including beach chairs. Parrish goes above and beyond to make it easy to check in. The house was very clean, plenty of towels, and even had robes for everyone which was a wonderful bonus. We would come back!

Windy Kapalua Villa

This villa was very nice with a gorgeous view, beautiful new kitchen and nice bathrooms, but which could use vanities with drawers. The family room couches/chairs has shown some wear and needs attention, but still comfortable. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, comfortable bed and has a beautiful view, but could use upstairs windows with remote control shades for privacy and darkness, or a room divider room darkening curtain. The villa in front is going through some remodeling which you can see, but the workers weren't intrusive, and the noise was minimal. The overall property and location is beautiful within a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to a nice pool area with bathrooms and nice grilling area. Sitting on the lanai is nice, but very windy!

Gorgeous Views!!

Great experience for my first time using VRBO. Everyone was professional, courteous, and accommodating! The villa could use some updating, and it was very warm in the upper loft. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to our next adventure!

Views on views!

This property was amazing! The views were spectacular! Wonderful trail directly behind the property as well as a beach that felt almost private just a short walk. My kids are 6 and 8 and had a fabulous time at this place. We look forward to coming back with others to enjoy the property.

Picture Perfect Location

This waterfront property is perfect! Quiet complex and within walking distance to other beaches as well as one right out your door. The villa was clean, comfortable and we loved listening to the waves from the master bedroom and dining area. We will definitely return.

Fabulous

We have a family of four, which includes 2 teenage girls. We usually stay at the Ritz but now have a new goto place. So much more room and better priced. Beautiful location. The only downside is the master is the upstairs and has no doors, so not a lot of privacy; but absolutely a beautiful view of the ocean every morning. Aloha
