Villa “Lailléa” with Private Pool, Jacuzzi, Petanque – Peaceful Retreat near Rennes

Treat yourselves to a relaxing getaway in the heart of the Breton countryside at this elegant villa featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi, and a private 2,800 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. Enjoy a peaceful, green setting just 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz exhibition center.



Perfect for families or groups of friends, the house accommodates up to 8 guests in a spacious, bright, and comfortable environment. There are 4 large bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms with queen-size (160 cm) beds. Two single beds (90x200 cm) are available on request. The sunlit living room opens directly onto the terrace and pool, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for shared meals.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation and fun: a large tiled pool, 4-person jacuzzi, petanque court, ping-pong table, and access to the organic vegetable garden in summer. The expansive landscaped garden and terrace are perfect for long summer evenings with a barbecue and plancha.



This is an ideal base to discover Brittany’s highlights. In less than an hour, visit beaches from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the legendary Brocéliande forest, or Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking trails, equestrian center, water sports, golf, and climbing.



Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests named in the contract may stay. EV charging station with meter available. Washing machine accessible for stays of 5 nights or more. No pets or children under 6. Cleaning available for an extra charge. Any damage will incur additional fees.
