Lovely Home

Great property with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Perfect for a larger family or two family’s. The host was very communicative and responsive to questions and overall was a lovely experience.

A cozy cabin getaway

What a lovely cozy getaway in Arrowhead! The house was perfect with all the amenities needed. Our favorite was the stocked firewood! The game room was a big hit with the kids. And owner Shannon was extra responsive when we had a couple of questions throughout our stay. All around wonderful weekend. Definitely hope to be back again someday!

Family Thanksgiving Time

Our family enjoyed the comfy furniture, the pool table and foosball table & especially the fireplace with lots of firewood. It's clean, comfortable & relaxing, and located easily to lots of area locations.

Amazing Cabin Week*

Loved this place a lot. So many zones! Places for groups or individuals to find a spot to hang or isolate. Makes it so easy to relax or socialize. Super comfy furniture, huge windows and vaulted ceilings. Kids loved the play room. Adults loved the patios and shared spaces. Definitely want to come back again. Only reason for the * was the construction noise two doors down. Definitely made it harder to relax with open windows but still loved the overall experience. Hard to beat for sure. Thanks Shannon for being so responsive and helpful.

This has to be the best dollar-for-dollar VRBO listing in the entire area. Wonderful property with great amenities; located nearby plenty of food/drink/entertainment; host is friendly and responded immediately to all inquiries. This will be our VRBO of choice every time we plan to come back.

Arrowhead getaway

This place was perfect for our trip with 2 other families! It was clean, well maintained, and very cozy. It was close to Snow Valley and downtown Arrowhead. Would totally recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay overall

I stayed here twice in 2022 with two different groups, the house is in a good quiet location. The house could be a little cleaner. There were old pillowcases and candy wrappers under some of the beds. I also found candy and crackers all smushed in the downstairs couch when I removed cushions to look for something that fell. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, but there were chipped coffee mugs and some food particles stuck on pans and cooking spatulas. Shannon was great and quick with questions, but the app to open the door could be a little easier to navigate.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at this property. Shannon was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. We went during a winter storm and she checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Would definitely try to stay again and recommend to anyone visiting arrowhead.

Nice place.

Shannon was super fast in communication! We had a great time. The house is big enough to accommodate 3 family's with kids. There is enough room for adults and kids. Be ready to check in/ open the front door using a phone app, thus must have a cellular connection in the area. I have Metro PCS which had no internet/service at the door, and had no wifi info for the rental. The check in could have been a hassle but we arrived a little early while janitor was still there and communicated with the PM for us. I wish the wifi info was shared a little earlier to avoid potential issues with the check in. Overall we had a great time! Thank you, Peter

Family Fun and Relaxation

Had a terrific stay. Shannon our Host was excellent and very attentive. Always available for the smallest of questions. The split levels was perfect for our needs. The lower game room floor was for all our girls to hang out, play pool, watch Netflix and even have S'mores on the balcony with the fire pit. And the main floor was a great setup for my 93 year old father in law to have his own room and bathroom without having to worry about stairs. It was a great time for all and close to all the activities at the Village and Lake Gregory for swimming. Would definitely stay again.

4th of July stay

My friends and our families always do a yearly 4th of July getaway together. This house was perfect for all of us, including children ranging from 1-4 years old. There was plenty of space for them to play and sleep. The decor and cleanliness of the house were amazing. Cleanliness was very important for us and our expectations were well beyond met. The location was also perfect to get to the village, Lake Gregory, and hiking trails. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a question and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
