Great place to stay in Lake Arrowhead! We stayed here for my dads 70th bday. We had multiple families so the 3 level setup was perfect for us. The cabin was clean, and cozy. Had all the amenities we could ask for. Great outdoor seating to enjoy your cabin stay. It was an easy short walk to lake arrowhead village which was amazing! Would highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of space! We had everything we needed. Used the fire table for s’mores! The owner had put up a Christmas tree. What a nice surprise. Just perfect!

The house had everything we needed, including spices and aluminum foil. The location was great and the layout of the house was fabulous. The 9 of us had plenty of room for both privacy and to gather together. I highly recommend staying at this house!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the home so much! We came with a group of 11 friends and 2 dogs for the weekend. It was clean and spacious and just what we needed for our large group. The kitchen came with plenty of cooking supplies, and if there was anything we couldn't find, the host was quick and responsive to help. We'd definitely return!

Family Reunion

We had a beautifil family stay together. 10 adults and 1 baby. Everyone had room and space. Kitchen was a dream as are the beds and 2 outdoor decks. Cleanliness and decor a 10!Jon's communications were great! So great we didnt have questions. Signage in house very helpful and stylish. Did not take away from the beautiful look of the house. Check in/out a breeze.Village so close. We will be back!

Great House for the Weekend

Overall the house was as described. Really close to the lake and trails. The house was overall kept clean but we did find ants roaming around near the kitchen and in some of the rooms. It wasnt a big problem but for such a nice place I would expect it to be critter free. We were mindful of not leaving any food packaging open. I would still recommend this place and everything else was great. Communication with host was great as well.

Weekend trip with friends

We had a great time at Jon’s property. The house is beautiful, plenty of room for our group of 10 and it is well appointed in terms of bedding, towels, etc to make our stay comfortable. It’s in a great location- super close to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good… not quite what we thought

The house is a lovely rental. The decor has been well done, the layout is nice, the decks are fairly private, and everyone found their bed & bathroom to be comfortable. Our only disappointments came with the A/C & the walk ability to & from the house to the village. I rented this house as a 2nd option to my own for out of town guests. The AC was a big factor with the hot summer we’ve been having. Come to find upon check-in, you can’t lower the thermostat below 75. Which is essentially the temp at my house without AC. So, that felt like false advertising. The sign said the coils would freeze, but coming from a heating & AC install family, that just means they have the wrong size unit for that size house. The listing also said it’s a 10min walk to the village. We did not agree. At least not the walk home! It is quite, quite steep & definitely not safe with the cars we saw squeezing quickly around the turns. So if walk ability & AC are what you’re looking for, this might not be it. But style wise, & quality of rooms was spot on, very nice.

Amazing family vacation

Beautiful home, it was exactly like it was described on Vrbo. We had 8 adults and two small children. Each family had their own levels in this home, which gave everyone privacy. The view was amazing and we all hung out in the kitchen and the two patio decks. It was a special time as a family together. We loved the walking distance to the Village for shopping and restaurants. We did the Lake Arrowhead Queen ferry ride and spent the day at Sky Park. Overall a great family vacation and want to come bank next year!

Great updated home close to the Village

This home was great for a large family reunion. it is close the amenities of the village and Jon is quick to respond to questions regarding the property. The beds are comfortable and the two decks allowed for easy indoor/outdoor entertaining. One e-bike is in need of repair, but was nice for exploring the area given the hilly location. Overall, we had a fun and comfortable reunion and would definitely stay again!

Our family stay was great!

This is a great home that is well appointed and spacious. The kids loved the second level entertainment room, ping pong in the garage and riding the e-bikes. My wife and I (along with our sheepadoddle) really enjoyed sitting out on the patio decks surrounded by these amazingly tall pine trees. Location to the lake and shopping was idea and you could be at both in a matter of minutes. We loved our visit and appreciated Jon's responsiveness to the couple of things we needed help with. He's a great host. Thank you!

Gorgeous spot walking distance from town!

Our stay was amazing! The place is exactly as described and the host Jon was so communicative, we had everything we needed well before arrival. The beds are super comfortable, multiple areas to hang out around the house. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this spot for a group of friends or a couple of families.

Just as promised!

Great house for multi-family stay. Very clean and bedding, furniture are all super comfy. We cooked meals for 12 in the kitchen and enjoyed all the amenities. EV charger was a huge plus. Very nice trail alongside a creek at the end of the street - enjoyed by kids and dogs! Jon was responsive and easy to work with.

A perfect Labor Day weekend

The property was great for our 3 families staying together. Perfect bedroom set up for adults, teenagers and children (double Jack & Jill). We utilized everything, both TV room spaces, decks & ping pong table. It was also very convenient being so close to the Village. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable

We had a great family weekend. Everything described just as it was in the listing. The village is so close you can easily walk to it if you don’t mind a few hills to climb returning back to the house. This home is very spacious. Ideal for our party of 10. So big that we couldn’t use all of the space. Kitchen is very well equipped and served as a great central focal point to congregate together. We would love to return during the winter.
