Pros: The modern interiors, the room is clean abd nicely decorated, it is clean, the bed is comfortable, Cons: We weren’t able to sleep well because we can hear the footsteps of people occupying the room above us. The breakfast wasn’t served on time, and the pool is not available for use.

Hi Cathleen, we apologize for the inconvenience during your stay and sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied during your recent stay with us! We definitely strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests while staying with us. Please note, our property does not have a pool nor are we able to extend lake access to our guests. Please be sure to reach out to see where there might of been a misunderstanding. As for the slight delay with Sunday's breakfast, it was a unforeseeable mishap which has been addressed with our staff internally ;) While we will hope the events we host during our guests' stay are on time, we're also understanding and considerate of our staff and to the factors that may caused the delays. Again, please sure to reach out to clarify any misunderstandings and we hope to welcome you again in the near future!

The level of customer service here is absolutely exceptional. The room was modern and chic and had everything I could have possibly needed. The location is central to the cute village with lots of shops and great restaurants. My stay was short stay was nothing short of excellent. I cannot recommend them enough!

Absolutely loved this property! Whoever bought this and remodeled did an amazing job! The attention to detail is incredible. It is a perfect little weekend getaway. The rooms are lovely and secluded and there is a ‘clubhouse’ available for people staying to use which has a large kitchen, tables, tv and fireplace.

Lake Arrowhead Boutique Hotel
We found The Kingsley for a weekend get-away and were very pleased with the room, the amenities, the location and the attentiveness of the staff (although not on-site, they were in regular contact by text). The room was nicely appointed and nicely sized for two. The bed was very comfortable and pillows and linens were great. The location was within a 1/4 mile of the Lake Arrowhead Village; was semi-secluded and there was no traffic noise. Parking was provided, but a few of the spots were a little tight for a large SUV.

Loved almost every aspect.
I loved the property but be prepared, the rooms are very small. It looks exactly like it’s pics which is to say it is clean, well maintained and had beautiful surroundings. The only thing I didn’t like was being charged a $100 cleaning fee when there was no housekeeping service but if that’s the fee then that’s the fee. I’d still stay again.
