“Beautiful neighborhood, quietly and well kept. The home is gorgeous on photos however the chair cushions outside are filthy, the carpet is a very light color with stains all over the bedroom. The rules to booking the home some are ridiculous for instance, you pay a cleaning fee however per the house rules, everything must be cleaned with the laundry placed in the washer. The communication was poor I booked 3 weeks in advance and on the day of check in I had to search for a number to call...

“We visited Universal for the first time as a treat for our family. The days were long with a lot of walking so it was nice to come back to our rental and soak in the hot tub. It was covered so we were protected from the evening rainstorms. Overall the property was comfortable, a few things could have helped like providing one or two laundry pods, but we were able to find some at a local store. The owners were responsive and polite. “We traveled to Orlando for my daughters 15th birthday celebration to go to Animal kingdom. Found this property in Vrbo and hoped it would be as nice as in the photos and it was BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Everyone loved the space super clean, very spacious and next to the parks. We had an amazing time and this property was more than amazing. Thank you for the wonderful host and for all their help. I will for sure stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know 😃😃😃”

“The place was as pictured but the home was dirty. We thought files had come in bringing our bags in but as the night progressed, we saw flies gathered by the sliding glass door. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and the appliances were dirty. We also had an additional 30 mins added to our drive because the listing had Orlando instead of Kissimmee.”
