The home was clean and comfortable for the most part. I would suggest that the lighting in the bedrooms be less harsh for comfort. Bright white bulbs and florescent lighting for my family was not great. I would add that the lighting in the bathrooms for doing make up was bad (too yellow). It stated in the listing they provided bottled water but none was present when we arrived so we went to the store to purchase. If it wasn't listed I would have brought some from home. I couldn't find a listing for hair dryers in the home so I brought my own. Did try to reach out to ask if they were provided but got no response. I would say the communication for urgent questions was not great. I had a question prior to arrival and the text # provided never worked and I later found out it wasn't the right number. By that time it was too late for a response to be helpful so I gave up and just brought my own stuff. The person sleeping in the basement reported the furnace making noise all night so it was waking her up frequently.
