Host was accessible when we had need of him. A nice residence. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We were here for skiing so we were early to bed But there was a game room with pool able and basketball game Walkable to the lake and big boulder resort. Dog friendly. Several nice restaurants within 5 to 15” drive

Host sent us daily updates, great guide with videos on how to work everything, responded to all our questions quickly. Property was beautiful and very well maintained. Lots of small items available to help make our stay more comfortable.

Our family had a great time where we stayed. We were there from Fri to Mon. Check in was good and the kitchen facilities were great. The only thing they didn't have was black pepper. There were all kinds of spices there except that, but that was ok because we went to the store and got some. Everything was awesome. We had a great time. Went to Big Boulder Club on the lake. Really nice.

This was the perfect spot for our group get together. Plenty of space, convenient location, amazing amenities, all you could ever want. Property management went above and beyond for us, answering my millions of questions (though they did have excellent resources too to make it so you could navigate everything on your own). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolute torture

My family and I travel a lot and stay in many different homes. The beds in this place ,especially the master, look and feel like the Rambo movie electric torture treatment. I sure wish owners would understand a good nights sleep is very important for people on the go or just relaxing. FYI you can get a memory foam mattress for a couple bucks and improve your guests experience.

Pocono Retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at Three Daughters Properties in Big Boulder. Don and Heather were wonderful hosts. They were very attentive and quick to respond and check in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a great time at the lake club the staff there were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and were grateful the house was equipped with everything we needed! Thanks Don and Heather for a wonderful stay!

Extremely clean and Great Location

From the very beginning, the hosts were fantastic. Great communications and easy in and out. The townhouse was very clean, a great location for skiing BB and JF, Very comfortable living area in the basement with easy access to the driveway, very cool game room and more. Besides food and toiletries, all you need is clothes, they supply everything else. Also great internet and TV options.

Love the Location and Great Hosts

The hosts were wonderful, welcoming and so accommodating. Don and Heather provided some wonderful options for extras on the website which we really appreciated! The location was a very nice area within walking distance to Big Boulder. The place was very clean! The hot tub was a nice added feature, very clean and the downstairs area was a nice diversion. TVs were a plus and plentiful! With a townhouse comes a lot of steps- both outside and in, but the hosts provided salt for our use when it snowed lightly. Despite the need for some upgrades, especially the mattresses, bunk beds and the garage game area, we still enjoyed our short stay and appreciated the subtle, daily communication to make sure everything was going well for our weekend getaway! The hosts really cared and that was huge! Thank you.

Great spot and communication

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this gem. The property was as described and is well maintained and clean. Great spot that was central to many hiking trails and lots to do in the house for span of ages with the game room, hot tub, and multiple couches and tvs. Thank you, Don for your responsiveness and suggestions on spots to dine.

Extended Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our extended family to get together! The house was comfortable and we all felt right at home. The passes for the community lake and pool kept the kids busy. There were other family things to do such as moderate hiking and an arcade/water park nearby. We had a great time and definitely will stay here again!

Extended Family Quick Getaway

Our hosts Don & Heather were most thoughtful in details and made us feel welcomed in their home. Prior to our trip they were quick to respond, helpful in some recommendations, & took the extra step in assuring an item or two we inquired about were waiting for us in the home. Once we were in the doors we were warmly greeted by a personalized note and beverages to toast our getaway. We were 2 life long families getting away from the race with our post college age kids. All together we were 9 and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms for all. Also very happy to report there was never a wait for the bathroom because there was plenty. They have maximized the space in their house very smartly whether it is the comfy couches by the fireplace, gaming station, pool table as well as the hot tub & barbecue which got good use. If you enjoy the outdoors, this area of the poconos has alot to offer and this home is nicely located near plenty. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling in the are.

Beautiful town home in a great location. Spacious enough for the eight of us. The passes to Big Boulder lake club was a definite bonus since the swimming pool and lake were enjoyed by all of us.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The young adults enjoyed the space, pool table, and basketball. The older adults enjoyed the hot tub and amount of bedrooms. We also enjoyed the lake and pool area. The Tavern has great burgers. Will visit again!!
