Overall the property was disappointing
Arrived at property on Tuesday April 8th. When we tried to start the hot tub we could not figure out how to start it. We were told to look in the guest book but couldn’t seem to locate that. So for almost an hour we tried on our own to start it and when we contacted the host again we were told that they started it remotely. Now day 2 we are trying once again to start it on our own. Finally received a video on how it works.Pulled out sofa bed in lower level and found that to be broken. So can’t use the bed. TV in the lower level was signed into another account and would not allow us access. We were told we had to sign in to our own account.Outside rod for rolling sun cClothes rod in master fell down but is working with clothes centered on rod.We were told there would be a Keurig so we bought K-cups and somehow Keurig it got replaced with a regular pot. Upper patio was extremely dirty behind the furniture. Left over debris from another guest. Beds were very firm which only some preferred.I don't believe there were any local managers that could help us. The phone number we were given was a San Diego area code.
