Nice community close to launch ramps and dining.

We appreciated the property. Walked to a local restaurant which had great food. Garage had air conditioning which was a blessing!

Great Home for Boating Vacation!

This is property is everything advertised and more. First, Scott is great to work with and responded very quickly from initial inquiry and any other questions. Secondly, the location on the island in an upscale neighborhood was great – close to scenic overlooks for beautiful sunsets. There is a bike path/walking path steps from the front door. Additionally, the home is very well equipped. We stayed for a week recently during the recent COVID-19 situation and thus, had a lot of our meals at “home” due to restaurants being “carry-out” only – the kitchen is definitely spacious and very well equipped – I cooked a lot (which I love). The living area and couches are extremely comfortable. Master bedroom and bath also very nice. All of this PLUS an oversized AIR-CONDITIONED garage with ping-pong table (we enjoyed several evenings of ping-pong tournaments), made for the perfect stay! We had our bass boat garaged every night and were able to enjoy cleaning it after being on the water all day in the wonderful cool air of the garage (versus on the boat launch parking lot at 103 degrees!) Will definitely check with Scott next time we find ourselves in LHC – perfect vacation week in a great home! Thanks again. Dave & Karen

Very comfortable

We were very close to walking trails, restaurants and a variety of other places yet out of the way from constant crowds. Would come again.

very nice location and quiet neighborhood, excellent walking paths, house was equipped with everything you needed to make our stay enjoyable. We liked it so much we will be back next year. Ron and Dar

Great Stay

We can't say enough about this rental. It was in a great neighborhood and very quiet much of the time. We heard a bit of construction noise in the morning starting at 7AM but I predict that will be gone in a week or so. The home had everything most people would need, and all was in working order. The only thing I would recommend would be a bedside lamp. I am an avid reader and poor sleeper so often read into the night. A bedside lamp would be much better than the overhead light. If we come to Lake Havasu again we would try to get this home a second time.

Great value!

Great little 2 bed, 2 bath house. Comfortable for 3-4 people. Clean and well equipped. Garage was a huge plus. Fit our 10’ enclosed trailer (unhooked from the truck) and the air conditioner was wonderful for working on jet skis without being in the heat! The owners were quick to solve any issue or concern that we had. Would stay there again.
