Great location. Close to lots of dinning options that you can reach by walking. Also, love the balcony with nice views of golf course and the lake. Second time booking here.

Great location

Great location in relation to the bridge and eateries. Easy to get to the beach at Rotary Park. Nice balcony in the back to enjoy coffee in the morning.

It’s a clean condo with a nice view. Great location with every amenity near by. Good place to crash after hanging with family during the holiday week.

Fantastic Property and very amazing Unit!!

We loved the location...and the gated community. Easy walk to the riverfront walkway. The unit itself had everything you need! The kitchen was stocked well. The condo pool was great. I can't say enough about this rental!!

Long weekend away

We stayed at the property for a long weekend and had a fabulous time. Property was clean, a little dated in the bathrooms but not a big deal. Small living space, but decent sized bedrooms and beds were comfy. Location is fabulous if you want to hang out by London Bridge and walk by the water. There was an added bonus of the largest Southwest antique/older car show the weekend we were there so we just walked out right behind our building! We would absolutely stay here again as it was close to darn near everything.

Fabulous Location

We have been coming to Havasu for 30 years. I like trying different places do stay..This location would be hard to beat! We had a blast walking to all of our favorite places in the channel. I loved waking up to the lake view! Not a fancy place but it was perfect for the three of us! The front bedroom with 2 beds does get hotter than the master and as someone else commented the light turns on randomly throughout the night. We will certainly be back!

Nice place

We’ve stayed at this property before. The living space in this unit is a little smaller than in the other unit we used before. These units are older, but it was very clean. It would be nice to be able to adjust the AC down more, and they could use some more forks!

30+ years strong

We have been staying in this complex with other friends and their families for over 30 years. Love the complex and location. Very family friendly. Only complaint about this unit is the doors. Squeaky doors, including bedroom closets and balcony sliders. So loud they kept waking our grand baby. If that gets corrected, we would definitely love to rent this unit again.

The listing pictures matched the condo so there were no surprises. Everything was in working order and clean. Great location, close to everything, and had great views. The only thing that was missing in the check in instructions was the code to the lock box, but luckily I arrived at a decent time and was able to obtain it from the contact listed. There was not a list of crazy chores to complete before leaving. I would rent this condo again if we return.

It was warm in rooms. No control of temperature. Fan in extra room did not work. Air cleaner return

This place was outdated and it looked like a collection of furniture that people didn’t want. We forgot our body wash and they didn’t provide body wash or shampoo. There were only two pods for washing clothes. The patio furniture was dusty and spider webs were all over. We had to clean it. The TV in the living room was small. Also, the ceiling fan light in the bedroom with two double beds came on during the night that our son and kids were sleeping. It woke them up several times. Our daughter and son in law stayed at the same location but different suite. Theirs was updated and with an open concept. Furniture was very nice and tv was huge.

Convenient location

Convenient location and worked well for my family of four. There were a few cons though I’ll list below. 1. It says not to turn the A/C below 75 which made the unit very hot and hard to sleep. 2. Bugs. We killed about 10 bugs inside in three days. A couple being on the master bed. 3. The light in the front bedroom would randomly turn on by itself throughout the night which would then wake my toddler. (It happened 5 times in the 4 AM hour) 4. The back slider doesn’t lock and the only thing keeping it “locked” and secure is a stick in the track.

Great location! Property is as advertized. Plenty of linens & towels. We don't have little kids, but did notice they have things for the kids at the pool, games, etc. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing that they didn't provide that would have been helpful to know ahead of time was shampoo & bath soap. Walgreen's across the street, so problem solved really fast!

Great place

The condo was perfect for my wife and I and our teen daughters. Close to stores and walking distance to London bridge, shops and restaurants. Great view from the balcony and the pool was beautiful.

Emaculate property with a gorgeous view

The pictures don’t do this property justice. The view from the patio is gorgeous. The condo is in perfect condition and tidy. The owners went the extra mile to make sure that everything that the guests may need is supplied. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are best I slept on in years. I wish I knew the brand because I would buy them for my home. We needed to contact the owners regarding the parking pass. They were responsive and went above to make sure that we had a great stay. I will definitely book again next year.

Heaven in Lake Havasu

This is a beautiful clean condo overlooking a golf course and the lake. Everything was provided for a very nice stay. It is within walking distance of the London Bridge and walking path along the lake. Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful location in Lake Havasu City!

My husband and I were thrilled with the location of the condo. So many fabulous restaurants within walking distance and beautiful views from the balcony. The condominium complex has a fabulous pool with 2 hot tubs that were great. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after walking along the river every day. The river walks are outstanding with beautiful views all along.

Great Location and Easy Check-in

The property is centrally located with easy access to everything. We were very happy with the detailed information regarding check-in. We arrived late with young kids so the simple process made our arrival quick and easy.

Loved the location and the balcony. The amenities were very nice. Property was outdated as far as needing a plumber...I dont mind the other things. Could not get a hold of the property manager after calling a few hours to see if we could check in an hour early due to arriving time, never had a call back either. Otherwise was a great stay!
