Great house! What a fun weekend for our family. House is in a great location, and super easy to get around Havasu. Communication with Chad was awesome and really easy. House is HUGE and really set up for fun. We traveled with 11 of us and all had plenty of space. Video games, pool, swimming pool, and then the back room with basketball! Great time for a large family or friend gathering!

10/10 this house accommodated our family and friends for our annual Havasu trip. The home is BEAUTIFUL, so roomy, so much to do on the property from playing pool, to arcade games, karaoke, connect 4, or just chilling by the pool!

Comfortable for a large family

Our kids loved the pool. It was the perfect temperature. The sleeping arrangement worked well for our family. The kitchen was big and there was plenty of lounging room. The kitchen was lacking a bit in dishes but I let the owner know what is needed so hopefully those issues will be resolved. Overall fun home.

Spacious and beautiful home

We visited Havasu for the first time, the owner was super helpful with recommendations. We took 4 seadoos that fit perfectly in the garage and our boat fit in the driveway infront of the garage. The kitchen is huge and beautiful. The master bedroom and master bathroom are also very spacious and beautiful. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. My son forgot his external hard drive to his PlayStation and the owner mailed it back to us. We had a great time and definitely recommend this home!

Extremely Wonderful Experience

Some Ladies and I from my church were looking to get away for a few days and this property was perfect. But it was more than just a nice property, it was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. On top of that, Chad, the property manager was very responsive and accommodating. This was an incredible experience from start to finish. I Highly recommend this Property!!

Big and Roomy

There were 15 of us, the house was nice and big. We all loved it! Kids had a blast as well as the adults. The pool, game room and pool table kept everyone entertained. Location was close to everything. Host was very responsive. Great family trip, we all agreed we would stay here again!!

Great Place!

Spacious, clean. No access to thermostat in house, so needed to text or call agent every time we wanted to increase/lower temperature. That was pretty annoying. Also the pool temperature was cold. Otherwise everything in the house was great.

This house is GREATTT!! LOVED THE WHOLE HOUSE! Pictures don't do justice to this lovely home! It is by far the BEST OF THE BEST!! Super clean and beautiful. Communication with our host was awesome! Great place

This property was the perfect place for our group to come and enjoy Lake Havasu. The teen boys loved having their own space in the pool house. The house was well stocked with the things we needed. The host was super attentive and always quick to respond and eager to help solve any issues. We really enjoyed our time here!

Best Property we have ever stayed at!!!

Over Thanksgiving week my entire family of 15 people (kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles) met at the house, all having traveled from different states to meet. The pictures do not do this home justice, it is stunning!!! The kids loved the arcade games, basketball hoop game and pool table. The huge kitchen and many living rooms made it easy for us adults to cook, relax, and enjoy each others company. There is so much space and so much thoughtfulness put into every room. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!!!

Pictures don't do justice!

The house was big and very beautiful where the pictures don't do justice. It's in a prime location with the lake very close by and other attractions. The owner of the home is super nice and on point with communication. One of my friends forgot her lifejacket and he had someone come by and drop one off for her. This was very considerate and to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this house for an adult and/or family vacation.

Incredible Home

This home was extraordinary. It literally has everything. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful, rooms were large and the master was unreal. It's has, games, pool, game room. Our friends and family had an amazing time and would definitely rent it again.

One of my favorite houses

This house is amazing. I loved everything about it. From the layout to the design and size. It's my favorite STR so far. The kitchen is stunning. There was so much thought put into this home and I loved seeing the family pics throughout the place. Felt like we were staying at a friend's vacation home. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 3 families and more. There are so many games here for entertainment. There's no way any one can be "bored" here that's for sure. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. Chad was an awesome host. Very communicative and accommodating. I most definitely will stay here again.
