Inside, you`ll find a game room complete with a pool table, bar area, and TV—perfect for friendly competition, watching the game, or simply hanging out after a day on the lake.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and thoughtful amenities provide everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Located right off Highway 95, you`ll enjoy quick access to the Riviera Marina, boat launch, restaurants, shopping, downtown Lake Havasu, and local events. The location makes it easy to get where you`re going while still having a private space to come home to at the end of the day.
