La ropa de cama no estaba limpia, habia manchas de sangre en una de las almohadas y el piso donde estaba nuestra habitacion olia muy mal.

We checked in around 8:30pm. The neon sign still on and staffs still in the office. It's feel welcoming. It's the first impression. When I drive all day long until dark to reach the hotel, I hate to see it's closed and only be reached by after hours phone box. Since most of the time I paid up front with Expedia, if the hotel make it simple for me to check-in quickly. I will give them 5 stars. There were hotels, we must do check-in out side in cold and dark after hours. They would get max of 3 stars from me no matter what. Therefore The Travellers Inn has passed my judgments.

It was somewhat strange from the point of checking in until I checked out. The front desk person was new so she had to be talked through the process. The room had a musty smell, but clean. I guess for the price. It was accommodating. When I went to check out though there was this older middle eastern woman that was trying to communicate with me from an upstairs balcony but her English(American)wasn’t understandable. She would make hand gestures but I was unable to make out anything. I just let it go, was unsure if she was a guest or worked there. Just don’t think I’d stay there again unless it was the only place in town with a vacancy,

I went to check in and there was a note stating that the desk person was either downstairs or cleaning a room. I tried calling-hoping that they had a portable phone with them. I waited around for awhile, then went to the room that they had listed. The door was open, a no one was there. I went back to the desk for a time. Then I saw there was an elevator. I checked and it went down so I went to the basement and found the employee.

I like the customer service, everyone was so nice, hotel is not great but for the price is very good. Close to the lake and the london bridge. We only stay for a night, so it was worth the price, this is my third time in this hotel, and if you want something afordable, this is the place.

Don’t travel to Travelers Inn, Lake Havasu
They waited to tell us until after we got checked in that there was no hot water, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and there was no filter in the air conditioning unit, there was cockroaches in our bathroom, The vending machines didn’t work properly

We’re not to go !
It was aweful there was cockroaches in the bathroom the head bored fell off and almost hit my grandson it smelt like sewer and there was a lot of scetchy people I told the lady I would of filled a law suit if my grandson got hurt so so disappointed.):

Lake Havasu Dump
The place is an absolute dump. Dirty, smelled smoke and just terrible. Only quality was front desk person was very sweet. This hotel looks like one that would rent by the hour.

It stunk. The smell in hall was awful. Room was slightly better. Ice machine broken. . Spilled some coffee in lobby ,asked for paper towels, was told they don't have any.

I was the only to sleep, rest of time spent at ball park watch my granddaughters softball Tournament . Only problem was they didn’t clean room after first night. I had to shower using a dirty towel & wash cloth.

VERY POOR....
When i went to check in, they gave me a room that had not been cleaned, beds not made, towels on the bathroom floor, food wrappers in room. Then waited another 40 minutes for them to try and change rooms. First they were trying to call the maid at home and have her come in and clean the room for me. Now this is 9:30 at night after 10 hours of driving. I just wanted a clean room to sleep. So they finally after me complaining, put me in another room. Which was not clean, food bags on counter, but at least beds were made and clean towels. Definitely not worth half of what was paid here.

Disgusting, what a dump.
Probably the most disgusting stay ever, look at the pics. Staff tried to help but the place is run poorly.

The hotel itself was just ok. Area seemed kind of secluded and dirty but was located directly walking distance to a strip of local bars which was good. Very old and outdated decor but for the price what do you expect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for some place just to sleep and shower than this place is good.

dirty, but close to 3 bars
The curtain in the room was off the curtain rod. I put it up because the woman and the desk didn’t seem she could do it. I was tired after a long day. The bed didn’t really have a stable bed frame. The Inn let’s people live there week to week so this is not really a hotel. My favorite burger/ bar place in havasu is 5 minutes away though. Good room for partying. That is it.
