I went up here for an extended weekend, for the sole purpose of decompressing from work. Since this was the off-season the weather wasn't exactly the greatest, so I mostly stayed in, only venturing out for basic items when needed. With that being said, I quickly began to notice issues.1st, the indoor gas fireplace does not work! Not only does it not work, but apparently it hasn't worked since 2023. In the "welcome book" on the table, it's said that this is due to it being a fire hazard. The clearance of surrounding items seemed to be in compliance, and the remote worked just fine (though the fireplace display didn't turn on), so that leads me to believe that it's either the unit itself or something is wrong with the gas lines. This should not be on the listing if it doesn't work; it's simply a cosmetic feature. 2nd, the framing under the bathtub felt "spongy" and bouncy, almost like I'd fall through at some point. 3rd, the TV in the living room didn't work at all. Even if it did, there's no place to watch it without moving furniture or straining your neck. 4th, the pillows have no support at all. I had to use all 7 pillows just to get slightly comfortable. Plus the bedroom TV is another neck-strainer. Due to the character limit, I can't keep going, but there were many more issues. Would not stay here again.
