Guests have access to the entire property, inside and out, except for a few locked storage areas. You’ll also enjoy access to the dock and marina—just a 1-minute walk away—perfect for launching kayaks, paddle boards, and enjoying the lake.

To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please keep noise levels low during this time—especially on the deck—and avoid loud music at all hours.

Contact us through Airbnb any time during your stay. We`ll respond as soon as possible, usually within the hour.
Welcome! A few simple rules keep the house wonderful for you and every family after you:

- Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
- Up to 8 guests, matching your reservation.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM-8:00 AM.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. You`re welcome to smoke outside.
- Pets welcome - up to 2, with a $150 pet fee. Please clean up after them and don`t leave them unattended unless crated.
- Please wear shoes outdoors - there may still be construction debris on the ground.
- The fireplaces are not available for guest use.

On the water: life jackets are required on the dock for anyone under 13. Jet skis and personal watercraft are not permitted anywhere on Lake Lure - that`s a town ordinance, not our rule. Message us before using the kayaks so we can talk you through access and safety, and please return them to the rack afterwards.

Bears: all rubbish must be bagged and the bear cage closed after every use.

Before you go: hang all paddles and life jackets under the deck, and lock the windows and doors.

Report any damage straight away - honest guests are never penalised for accidents.

Staying past check-out without approval is charged as one additional night at your nightly rate.
