Amazing Stay at a Beautiful Cabin in Lake Lure!My wife and I spent two weeks in this wonderful cabin in Lake Lure, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The cabin was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing meals a breeze, and there were plenty of games to keep us entertained during our downtime.Cate and Mike were gracious hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was top-notch throughout our stay, and checking in and out was a breeze—no issues whatsoever.We both worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection was excellent, allowing us to be productive while still enjoying the peaceful surroundings.We loved every minute of our time here and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful cabin and great location!

This cabin is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! It’s so welcoming and clean. The owners were so thoughtful with each detail and even had a bag of goodies so we could make s’mores :) it has great Mountain View’s but so close to the town of lake lure. I highly recommend them and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Wonderful all around!

Our stay was perfect! The hosts have thought of everything and the cabin is perfectly located and very clean. They leave a bunch of great recommendations of things to do in town and the cabin itself is just great to spend time at. Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely perfect!

This cabin was perfect for our R & R getaway. The housekeepers do a fantastic job, better than any cabin I’ve been too. The hosts have made it very comfy and cozy with a lot of extra attention to detail. The yard was perfect for relaxing and allowing our 2 pups to run around. The view was beautiful. Privacy between the neighbors was just right. We really look forward to coming back again in the future!

Exactly like the pics!!!!

The pics are exactly what you get. Everything felt clean, new and comfortable. My wife and I walked the neighborhood each night. We didn’t use the fire pit because of rain and timing but it looked awesome. Everything in Lake Lure is just minutes away. We plan on rebooking again.

Relaxed & Refreshed

My husband and I stayed her in June of 2023 and we absolutely loved it. Close to essentials like restaurants, and a grocery store, but relaxed and secluded too. The view was amazing from the front porch. We also enjoyed a glass of vino in the hot tub and enjoyed S'mores by the fire pit. We will be back! Had everything we needed and more.

Feeling of New England in NC!

I originally booked this as research in determining where my husband and I would like to move to in NC. We are from New England (MA and CT). I took my 7yr old rescue pup with me and ended up staying solo as my husband had to be back in Boston for work. I had a friend come visit for a few days who is from TX. We had a lovely time hanging out in the quiet of the mountains! Loved the nearby towns Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and Rutherfordton! The hot tub was clutch! I stayed here 2wks with my pup for a change of scenery while I was working remotely. Wifi was great for my work! I wasn't that adventurous, but just enjoyed the area. I WILL note that we left on May14th and apparently THIS is the weekend to come here! Beach was opening up and there was a lovely Fair going on! If I were to come back, I would shoot for this particular weekend. :)

Pets Are Welcome

Nice place with no problems. If we were to suggest anything it would be a concrete walk way to the entrance and a paved / concrete drive way. My sweet heart was looking for a broom and a box of Kleenex lol.

Simply Perfect!

I really have nothing other than positive things to say about this property and our experience with the host. We’ve stayed in many rental properties and there are generally at least some minor improvements that could be made to all of them, but I can’t think of a single thing I’d suggest to improve this property. My wife and I were looking for a secluded weekend getaway that was pet-friendly, and this place was perfect. Secluded in the woods away from any major roads, homes in the area aren’t too close to each other, and the location was very convenient to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Our dogs could roam around the property and in the immediately adjacent woods and we didn’t need to worry about them wandering into traffic or bothering anyone. We brought our own food and had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and comfortable, with a sofa and loveseat in front of the gas fireplace in the living room. Plenty of outside deck space, and a fire pit in the yard. The host even left a nice basket on the dining table with some snacks and fixings for s’mores. I think the listing photos do a good job of showing what to expect from the accommodations.. Overall, a very nice place and I would definitely try to book this property again if we ever visiit the area again.

Great Place & Location

We could not have found a better place. Lodging was perfect. Although with plenty of trees, we had an unobstructed view of the Northern mountains and cliffs. Easily situated; 4 minutes to downtown Lake Lure, 9 minutes to Chimney Rock, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction the grocery store. Wonderful place to stay.

Peaceful cozy cabin

A little slice of heaven in the NC mountains. Perfect getaway spot. Quiet location - but convenient to town. Great motorcycle rides on the mountain roads. We will definitely be back in the Fall so we can use the cool fire pit!

Great Cabin

Loved staying at the log cabin. The views are very nice. The cabin was extremely clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, wonderful comfortable beds and sheets, nice decks in the back, & is well maintained home. Defintely recommend this cabin.
