“The house was easy to find but nice that it was out of the way from the main traffic areas, very roomy, hot showers, the grille was very helpful, the garage location and access worked out very well for our staying. The only downside is the area lost power later in the evening the night before we were to leave and never came back on during our stay”

“Cozy house just steps from the water. The private island is for sure worth visiting, especially for the sunset's. The kitchen is amazing and has literally anything you can think of or need. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!”

“This was our first time visiting Detroit. And, we had a wonderful time. This property made it even that much better. Situated in a very nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood in Ferndale, MI. Its locale was perfect for getting around to do any and everything we desired. The property managers were readily communicative. Older family member appreciated ease of entry and getting around without having to use stairs . Host was very receptive and promptly answered any questions .All in all great experience.”

“We rented this cute little house for my family and a few of our friends for a softball tournament. The owners were great with communicating with us and the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I wish there had been a baby gate for the stairs, it’s a tri level so there was two small sets of stairs and it would have been great to have a way to block it off. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!”

It is well furnished with nice size entertainment, kitchen, and bedroom spaces. It didn't necessarily hit our luxurious scale which for price point should be closer. All said, we enjoyed the stay.”
