Gather for meals at the dining table for four or step out to one of the private balconies—accessible from each bedroom—for a quiet moment with a view, each with seating for two. One of the bedrooms also features a dedicated desk workspace, ideal for remote work or a quick check-in before a day spent out and about.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Lot parking for 3 vehicles available. You’ll find guest parking directly in front of the Avila Luxury Suites building.

• Step-free access. This condo is located on the 5th floor, the top floor of the building. Parking is available on level 3, and guests can either take the elevator or walk up two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Once inside, the condo is all on one level with no additional stairs required.

• Guests have access to the hotel’s amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the hotel, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice.
