“My son spent the first two hours we were there weed whacking the back grassy area. No ladder to get in and out of water from dock. House itself was great and loved the quiet area it was in. Overall we had a wonderful time.”

“We frequent Okiboji and have stayed a number of places over the years. This is a little gem near all of the activities so super convenient and within walking distance to almost everything in Arnold’s Park. The condo is well supplied with things to make your stay comfortable. It’s truly hard to say anything negative about the place as we’d definitely stay again however we missed having an outdoor green space to enjoy the outdoors and hoped the deck would suffice - but it was pretty loud being...

“Overall the stay was great, however there was still laundry that was folded and put away, laundry in the washer that was wet and a load in the dryer, not a huge deal, but a little of a pain. We also didn’t have enough wash rags for bathing, but plenty of towels. It was great having the daily passes for the water park, our kiddos loved it. We would book with individual again but hope the laundry is taken care of.”

“This condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Bridges bay is one of our favorite spots, especially for our kids. We will definitely be back!”

“We had everything we needed for a perfect fall family getaway. The cabin is well stocked and so great to have our little shih tzu join us. It was very clean and the kids loved the foosball! The front door lock ran out of batteries and the owners were extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. Hope to be back next fall!”
