House is located near the end of a cul-de-sac, so no real traffic to speak of. The neighborhood was quiet, all the surrounding properties were well maintained. There's a good amount of room inside the house, along with a large screened-in porch area. That portion didn't look well used. The 3 bedrooms were all a good size, linens and towels were plentiful.There's a pool table for those who like to shoot, along with a hot tub on the back porch. We didn't use either because our schedule was rather hectic, but they are available for those who might. If you have a full crew of 6 or more you may find eating together to be a bit challenging. There a smallish table in the dining area with 2 seats and a bench that can fit 2 more. The table can expand enough so 6 should be pretty comfortable, perhaps 8 in a pinch. There are no additional seats however, it's just the 4. I'm not sure if they have others stored on the property, but we weren't able to locate them if they do.Contacting the owners was easy, whenever we reached out to them they replied quickly. Any issues or questions you might have during your stay would likely be addressed promptly.
