It was an exceptional stay! The home is very clean, very spacious, and very beautiful. Between a “cooks delight!” kitchen, beautiful lake viewing patios (ground and deck), bathrooms with plenty of towels, bedrooms with comfy beds, a well running AC, even a stocked laundry room - this home is impeccable, fully stocked with all the necessities. The large downstairs TV room was a great place to hang out in - big TV, games, plenty of space for everyone, two bathrooms on that level, and a hot tub outdoors. Did I mention all the bathrooms?! - with four women in the group you can’t go wrong with having 5 bathrooms. And more happiness is finding snacks, wine, and bottles of cold water waiting for us when we arrived, especially after a long stressful day of travel. We would have loved to sit out on the patio and barbecue on the large outdoor grill, but we ran out of time to do that. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, the hosts, Andy & April, were very accessible and helpful. The house manual was informative, easy to follow, and provided answers/instructions for any possible issues. If you’re on the fence about renting this exceptional home - don’t be! Do it! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!
As a side note, for those of you new to visiting Western Washington during the heat of summer, check to make sure the place you are thinking about renting has air conditioning, the majority of homes in Washington State do not. This rental does. :)
