John was a very responsive host, the rooms were very, tastefully decorated and has everything we needed. Perfect spot to the Gondola also.

We had a really nice stay here. We had a siblings trip for the Rascal Flatss concert it was so much fun. Super nice condo with a poolside view and balcony. Was nice have 3 showers and a full size fridge. Beds were comfortable. Little book looks were super comfy for hanging out. We only stayed for 2 nights so didnt use the full kitchen but for sure keeping this host on our list for future trips because his communication was great super friendly and nice little unit to stay in.

Great stay!

Great stay at a wonderful location in South Lake Tahoe! Third bathroom is such a nice convenience when traveling with a big group.

We had a great stay in South Lake Tahoe! It was spacious enough for our group. The grill was easy to use for dinner. The kids enjoyed the pool and being so close to shops. Will stay again!

Me and my family totally recommend this place! John was a 5 star host! We can’t wait for our next trip to Tahoe because we already know where we will be staying Nice walk to casinos and lots of places to eat!

Overall, the unit was very cozy, accommodating our family of 7. Beds were extremely comfortable. 3 full bathrooms is a major plus.

We had a fabulous stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and worked well for 5 adults (could accommodate more).The host provided a lot of helpful details prior to our visit. The kitchen was well stocked & you can walk accross the street to Target for groceries. You absolutely can not beat this location for gondola access. We rented skis on-site and a short walk up a set of stairs and you are at the gondola. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by. The heated pool and 2 hot tubs were great! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location!

Nice Place for Lake Tahoe/Heavenly newcomers

We enjoyed a 5 night family ski trip to Heavenly bases from the property. Well located, equipped and comfortable. Nice hotel kind of amenities within steps of the gondola and “village”. The property owner was very responsive.

Amazing location

Three of us in for a ski trip March ‘23. For skiing, the location is about as convenient as it gets, once you figure out the layout (which elevators lead where). Gondola is right outside, for easy ski in/out. All the shops, food, coffee, etc are steps away. Pool & hot tub was easy viewing to choose when to go down. Honestly, this is a perfect location for family of four, or three friends.

Ideal & Relaxing

This was a really great surprise to find available for our dates and right when a snowstorm was set to arrive. We had no real issues with the rooms or property at all, it was a great place. The tweens in our group slept by the living room windows and on the pull out couch which they loved having separation from their overbearing weird parents :) Room with 2 queen beds was great for one couple and another child to have his own big bed :) Master room with big tub and fireplace suited the birthday girl family great also. The deck was also a nice touch for the master room. Kitchen had adequate supplies for our minimal planned cooking but we could have made some nice meals with everything there was supplied. Overall we will plan to stay here again.

Exelente hotel.

Nos encanto estar en este hotel hermoso buena vista, y exelenre ubicación donde esta frente un market y de un lado el centro de havenly village, nos gusto las habitaciones amplios su cocina bien equipada y lo mejor un gran precio razonable me encanto la verdad, esperamos volver reservar a este mismo hotel marriot grand residence.

Wonderful stay, great location!

This spot was great! We parked the car and didn't have to drive all weekend. We were steps from the gondola for skiing and the pool and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking simple meals. Overall, a great place for a family reunion!.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed 5 days - the units were spotlessly clean and comfortable as described. We couldn’t have been better located for convenience to the ski valet and gondola. Communications with owner/manager were excellent and almost immediate.
