“The house was fine, but the communication with VACASA does not work, we stayed 4 days and we did not have internet and we tried to communicate with them and they were only excuses, there was never any help, when we arrived the dirty refrigerator, the dirty microwave, and each plate, glass and cup were dirty we had to wash everything we used, VACASA is a company that does not do its job well and apart from that there were some small ants in the kitchen”

“We were never sent the code to access the house and couldn’t reach property manager or owner. We sat in driveway for over an hour trying to get code with VRBO which accounts for my poor rating. After that we had good communication with property manager. This was the second time of three VRBO stays that we had no code sent to us prior to getting to the house. Neighborhood was great and quiet!”

“This home is beautifully kept! I took a group of teens for a summer vacation and they loved this home. It’s near the community resort style pool and very convenient to grocery shopping and other restaurants. The pool was a bit warm so we text the host and they fixed it right away. I will definitely stay with this host again.”
