I needed an early check-in, and Chris gave me a 9 am check-in. The room was very clean, and all amenities were as described. I was in the area for a Car Show where I got to meet with the owners; they were very interested in my vehicle. I would definitely use this rental again, it was only 7 minutes from the show.

This is my second time staying here and it was perfect for a quick one night visit in Lakeland. The first time I stayed I didn’t use the pool, but we were able to take a quick dip in the pool the day we checked out and it was perfect. The place is exactly how it is described and would definitely stay again!

Very nice accommodations. Quiet area and small outside area to sit and relax. The pool is set up very nice with access on the other side of the home. If WIFI is needed for any work check on arrival so if there is a connection issue you can reach out to the managers, as this room is on the other side of the main dwelling.Very understanding owners with any issues you may have.
