Pets welcome, we love your fury friends! (There is a pet fee)

    Lakeland is known as the "Swan City” these swans are a beloved by the community. They’re mins away from this cottage, making it a popular destination for birdwatching & outdoor lovers!

This house was an ideal location for our stay. Everything was very new and nice. There are a lot of places that may provide a good place to stay, but the extra care the owners have taken to provide any item you would need for any kind of stay, sets this apart. I highly recommend.

The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The sunroom was a wonderful place to relax and the coffee/tea stations was much appreciated. It was nicely decorated and a pleasant place to tay.

We were on the way to a cruise for our bachelorette party, and this stay was a perfect stop along the way. We loved the home and how clean it was!

The house was clean and exactly how it was listed. Dining area was excellent with lots of light. Had good board games to play. My kids enjoyed playing those games. Overall the stay was good.

This home was nicely decorated, bright and clean. The coffee station was a nice touch. The neighborhood felt safe. The host was very good with communication. If traveling with elderly ones it’s good to note that there are no grab bars in the showers. We would stay again.

Thankful to find a place where our dogs could come with us. Everything was great and there was everything we needed and more. Simple check in/checkout process which made it stress free.

This property is the best place to book when visiting the Lakeland area. The rooms are clean & the furniture/decorations makes the cottage feel cozy & inviting. The patio area is so relaxing. The coffee & tea station is a nice addition to the patio area. There are plenty of board games & books for everyone. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend this cottage.

Such a beautiful home with a lot of special touches. Absolutely clean. We felt very comfortable. We walked around the lake nearby each day. Excercise and nature at its best. The host was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was an absolutely adorable little what I would call bungalow. Very clean and very inviting. Three bedrooms, one full bath off the main bedroom and then a separate full bath perfect for 3 to 4 people. They’re a little area that they had were the coffee was the little sitting room and dining table. Oh my gosh so cute. The windows in there were amazing. I would totally stay there again!

The home was just as described! It was absolutely clean and spotless. The yard was well maintained. Very Central to downtown and Florida Southern College. The home was well stocked with all essentials. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

I stayed for 1 night with my family and our beagle while visiting family in Lakeland. The home was very clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. Loved the sun room and our dog enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the downtown area.

We had such a wonderful time in the Lake Hunter Cozy Cottage. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and our dog. The house was stocked with all of the essentials and more. We were able to make several meals and really enjoyed hanging out into the sunroom. The location was close to other family and in a quiet neighborhood. We would totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! The host is very easy to contact and communicates well. Great listing!!
