Overall a really nice place. Centrally located. The house is huge and could easily support more than the 12 person limit. Plenty of dishes and utensils, which is always a concern at these types of rentals. Cookware was sufficient and in good shape. Only a couple minor gripes: Mattresses are extremely firm. There are not nearly enough places to hang towels to dry.

Wonderful Place

Great location and really nice place. We had 7 adults and 1 child and the place accommodated us easily. We had a fun filled weekend catching spring training baseball in Tampa and Lakeland.Will stay here again if opportunity allows.

Successful booking

Our group of ten slept comfortably at Serenity on Success, with room for one or two others if we had needed. The big table, living room, porches and open spaces were great to gather, while doors separating the upstairs bedrooms kept everyone sleeping peacefully once ready to tuck in for the night. It was a rare cold front during our stay, and we had some trouble with the heating unit, however the team was very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix it, making it no worries to us.They had many towels, comfy beds, and plenty of dishes in the kitchen.Our group comes to Lakeland every year for a meeting, and a few people have already noted we should bookmark this spot to come again!

Lots of space, good area

House can accommodate alot of people although the layout is a little quirky. The front of the house is blocked by foliage so hard to spot from the street. The street is busy and an exercise class of joggers woke us up at 6:30am on Saturday morning, other than that, it was a great lication.jjoggers r

Rip off

When my employees checked in the house had not been cleaned ahead time from the previous people that stayed. The property owned charged my guys for getting the curtains dirty which were already dirty before they arrived. They claimed my guys wrote on the walls which is something I find highly unlikely for a grown man to do. The garbage cans were all full so there was no where to dispose of the household trash. For this owner to charge me almost $400 for things that were done before our stay is ridiculous being as nobody checked the property before my guys arrived.

Great place

We had a great time in this house. Close to things and the surroundings were amazing - beautiful lake and houses! We felt safe walking and loved that we could sleep all of us so comfortably- enjoyed sitting on the deck and visiting - we will be back!

Very Nice Home in good area

This home was just right for a reunion place with out of town relatives coming in. The home has a good feel and is well kept. The neighborhood is safe and the kitchen well equipped, appliances in good condition and some looking new. The beds were comfortable and the decor is nice and clean. It is an older home that has a lot of class and we all enjoyed staying there a lot- the reunion turned out great and the home sure facilitated that. The manager kept in good communication and did her job well.

A mix of the old with the new :)

What a beautiful home! Loved all of the hard wood floors, intricate molding and wainscotting! This home had the homey feel of the past with the updates of today. The decorating was just perfect. The house was very clean and all bedrooms were very spacious. The kids had an upstairs play/sleep area, which was perfect for the adults to hang out downstairs. Wish we could have stayed longer!
