“First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. “In general all was great,greeted on arrival,told what facilities were available & if we needed anything, only needed to ask.As we were a family of 3,1 person had to sleep on the sofa/futon bed.This wasn't comfortable at all as it had no additional matress/layer for comfort,therefore you could feel the metal bars beneath your body.In the room it's self there's nowhere to place your clothes,no means of hanging facilities for the duration of your stay only coat hooks.In the bathroom albeit it's...

“The room was fabulous, it had a really comfy bed, the pillow's were perfect, the room itself was extremely spacious, there were little extras like we had biscuits left with the tea and coffee and an ice bucket which we used. The towells in the bathroom were huge and soft. The reception staff were super friendly and we were able to check in really early when we arrived instead of having to leave our luggage. Excellent hotel.”
