My 3 sisters, their 5 littles and my parents all met up here to have a lovely time. Pool was a hit. Lots of fun games. The kitchen is well equipt, and so much room. Decor is cute and space is very conducive to making memories. Popping into San Diego proper is not bad, 20-25 minutes to all of the attractions. This property is lovely.

This place was amazing for our family vacation. Our group ranged in age from 6 to 64 years old and it fit the bill. Simply amazing. We brought our own games which we didn’t even use since the house had a pool table and a variety of different games. The house was bigger than expected! So comfortable. We also added the pool heat and it was well worth the cost. The pool slide was a cherry on top.Beds were also very comfortable and we all had a great nights sleep. I really appreciated the labels in the kitchen which helped us avoid mundanely opening cabinets/drawers to look for an item. They also had a good number of seasoning available. That’s usually something we have to buy.The neighborhood is quiet and added to our peace and relaxation. For families and groups looking for a quiet and safe rental, this house is in a great location. The street is also aesthetically pleasing.Communication with the property manager was very easy and prompt. 10/10 would stay again.

Had a wonderful time at this property with lots of activities to keep kids entertained. They thought of details and were very responsive when we arrived and didn’t have internet or heated pool. They worked hard over the holiday to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you!

We had a lot of issues during check in. The gate was padlocked and we were not provided the code. The power was not turned on during our arrival, and we had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed. This caused us to miss an excursion as we were planning to drop off our things and immediately go there. The property managers were mostly easy to get a hold of and attended to all of our problems as quickly as they could. Overall the stay was amazing and everyone in my party had a great time. The property looks just like the pictures!

The house has great features and bedrooms. The layout is quite convenient and is a great place to get away. Pros - outdoor space, lots of activities built within the house, clean and spacious. Kitchen area is especially nice with really good knives for cooking and higher end appliances, dishes, utensils. Nice towels, sheets etc Cons - having to be mindful of noise after 9pm, large barking dogs right next door, a few snafus with things broken or breaking (but mostly remedied during our stay), water taking quite some time to heat (inside and out), extra costs needed for heating pool and spa, higher end cost for what it actually is. However, all in all, if you are looking for a place to just get away and do things in the house, this place could be for you.

We were so excited to stay in this home as the reviews were great & the pictures looked lovely. My husband and I were getting married at the courthouse with family coming to stay with us. We got permission from the host to have additional family come for an evening bbq & then they would return the next day to enjoy the pool. Unfortunately I woke up, ON MY WEDDING DAY, to find that my reservation was CANCELED within hours of our arrival. I was shocked to say the least. The host, Casey, said there was a leak in the roof and it needed immediate repair (it wasn’t raining or due to rain in July). She hosts other homes and said that she would do her best to find us another place to stay. Not only did she not do that, but she didn’t answer any of my messages after she canceled on us. She left me and my family with no place to stay on THE VERY SAME DAY we were to arrive. We had other family staying in hotels in the area who had to forfeit their money because we had to find a different house 50 miles away at the last minute. Many of my family was not able to find a place to stay and ended up having to turn around and go home. I was heartbroken, my wedding day ruined. Casey was awful. She was unprofessional and cruel to do this to her guests. My family members reached out to her to see if she would respond since she ghosted me and she did! She just avoided me. No consequence for her actions and no care for other people. AVOID CASEY and any of her homes!!!

The property is beautiful and has everything you would want for a vacation home. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We were six adults and three small children. The house and yard were perfect for us. Our only complaint would be the dogs next door barking at us every time we were at the pool and the fact the owner does not allow anyone outside after 9:00. The adults had quiet conversation outside one night after 9:00 and we received a text from the owner saying it was quiet time, which we were observing.

The property is spacious and clean. The home has a wonderful backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tiki bar. My family also enjoyed the pool table in the living room and the ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen has all the essentials to cook meals. The host was so nice and welcoming! Our stay was perfect! I highly recommend this amazing home and amazing host!
