Living area has a small sofa area. Flat screen Smart TV set up for Roku internet streaming, cable and WIFI. Relax and enjoy an evening catching up on your favorite episode or reading a book!

Eating in is simple with the efficient & compact kitchen, complete with plenty of utensils, cookware, and dishes. Full size appliances for preparing larger meals. Kitchen is open to cozy living area and there is a small bar area with two seats!

There is an additional enclosed porch area that is heated and finished with a futon providing an added sleeping area. The porch also includes an expandable dining table. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner seated at the table able to be folded out to accommodate up to (6). *NOTE: you must walk through the bedroom to access the porch area.

There are 2 bedrooms in the home, both bedrooms feature a Comfortable Queen bed with high quality linens and pillows. There is closet space for guests personal items. The first bedroom has sliding doors and privacy curtains to the dining and futon porch. **NOTE: you must walk through the bedroom to access the porch area.

Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack and Play for you.

Bathroom has a beautifully There is closet space for guests personal items. Fully tiled shower/bathtub combination for relaxing in a warm bath if desired! Essentials including quality linens, paper products, shampoo & conditioner, and a hairdryer for guest convenience.

There is a Washer & Dryer available for guest use.

The large private yard has soft grass for playing outdoor games and enjoying the space with a furry friend! There is a patio with comfortable seating and a gas fire pit for a fun evening around the fire. There is also a BBQ Grill that is available for guests use for your favorite grilled meals!

FREE parking in private driveway for up to 2 vehicles. There is also a space where you can park and hook up your RV for an additional charge. RV parking is $15 per night ed should be requested ahead of time.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and the private yard and patio space. Reserved parking in driveway for (2) vehicles and there is RV Parking available. There is an additional fee of $15 per night for RV Parking. There is electric & water for RV Hookup. Let us know ahead of time and we will have the hookups available.

The Neighborhood:
The House is located in the town of Lakeside Oregon. Lakeside is a hidden gem on the Southern Oregon Coast. With access to the ocean, dunes, three lakes, and the Elliott State Forest, it is an outdoor adventurer’s dream. Bird watching, kayaking, water skiing, fishing, hiking, canoeing, boating, swimming, off-roading, and camping are among the many activities Lakeside has to offer. Explore, adventure, and experience this one-of-a-kind convergence of nature. Nearby cities include Hauser, Winchester Bay, Reedsport, Gardiner, North Bend, and Coos Bay.
This small town’s strategic location on the Coast reflects Oregon’s diverse terrain. Visitors to Lakeside can experience all of the Great Outdoors in one place. For those seeking outdoor adventure, Lakeside might just have it all: three lakes, sand dunes, a large forest, and the ocean. There’s enough to fill months, let alone a weekend getaway. Boating, water-skiing, and kayaking on the lake in the morning can transition to off-roading in the dunes in the early afternoon. Close out the day with a sunset picnic dinner on the beach, then tent or RV camp nearby and get ready for the next day’s adventure.

Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended. Everything is convenient to the home including grocery stores and restaurants. If you are from out of state, we suggest flying into Eugene and making your way down the coast.

Other Things to Note:
We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.

~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
- Self Check In using digital door lock and private code. Check-In is any time after 4:00PM and Check-Out is by 11:00AM.
- FREE parking on street and 2 designated spaces in back.
- Pack and Play must be requested ahead of time as it is in storage. It is shared and on a first come basis.
PET FEE: $50 per dog Pet Fee for up to 2 pre-approved dogs.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable
