On the first floor, there is a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (with a pantry that includes a washing machine), a storage area leading to a separate toilet with a sink, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms (3 with a 140-cm bed—one of which has an open, private shower room—and 2 with 2 90x200-cm beds that can be joined), a shower/bathroom, and a separate toilet with a sink. Air conditioning in 3 bedrooms. Balconies. Semi-covered terrace and enclosed garden. Parking just a few steps away if needed. Sheets, towels, and cleaning services (subject to a deposit) are optional. Bank card payment preferred.
