Our group of six 1980 college graduates found the Lambertville Haven to be an excellent location for our get-together. The house was very clean, check-in was seamless, and the Hyatus was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns.We did make recommendations to be a little more specific with what paper products are available and also to provide a notebook with instructions on how to operate outdoor patio lights and fire-pit, Wifi, etc. This information was available online...some...and Hyatus was quick to respond with answers. Be aware that the neighbor was very picky about noise after 10:00. We wanted to enjoy the firepit...we are 67 years old, so we weren't being wild and crazy, but we were basically told to go in at 10:00 because of noise. This was disappointing because it would have been nice to sit outside longer. Also, one of us accidentally parked in front of her driveway, and she was NOT nice about asking us to move. We did know that we weren't to park there, but this person arrived later and didn't know. We were quick to move the car and apologized, but she was pretty rude. These things did not deter our great time at Lambertville Haven, but we thought you should be aware if renting this property. This is an ideal location to explore Lambertville, New Hope, Washington Crossing, and Peddler's Village!

We visited New Hope with our adult children and our grandchildren The Location was very convenient to walk to the towns, restaurants and shops The home was very clean and beautifully decorated and comfortable Communication was excellent.

Great VRBO

Amazing stay with great location! Super easy to walk to town and get across the Delaware River to also access New Hope, PA. Communication with host was really easy and responsive. Overall clean and tidy, though the neighbors were quite noisy in the morning due to the thin walls. Otherwise, I do recommend this VRBO for a weekend getaway with friends and family!

We enjoyed this stay. The house was located in a cute little neighborhood. It was clean, well maintained, and had all items needed to make our stay away from home comfortable. There were a few minor items but the communication was amazing with the company management team. They were quick to answer and resolve. The only thing I would like to have known before booking is that it’s attached to two other homes. The walls are between are super thin and you can clearly hear the families on each side of you. We went with our large family of 8 and the neighbors called the management team that the kiddos were being to loud. I’d call the area historic so you do have to kind of tiptoe to not hear it throughout the whole house. Overall I’d stay again and do recommend staying here.

Great house, awful management.

First I'll start with the actual property. It was lovely. We were a party of eight and everyone was delighted with the accommodations. The property was well maintained, comfortable, clean and the location was perfect. There was plenty of seating wherever we went in the house and we never felt crowded. We loved the outdoor fire pit and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans and silverware. My rating for the house would be 4 1/2 stars. My only complaint for the house was the kitchen. It lacked even the basic necessities.There wasn't a toaster, blender, hand mixer, strainer, measuring cups or spoons, mixing bowls, baking dishes, baking pans, dish towels or cloths, oven pot holders, only one small cutting board, and a few wooden cooking utensils. I was surprised there wasn't even any salt and pepper or dish soap. As a guest who might want to cook a meal or two be prepared and buy everything you need at the grocery store. Including a big bag of ice. There is a ice maker but it can't keep up with a large group of people. This, of coarse, is understandable. The management company check-in policy was unacceptable. They would not send me the check-in information until the house was ready at four o'clock. Very stressful, being on a plane, not knowing how to get in until I arrived late that evening. After several links that would not work I was able to get the information I needed. I could write more about the management company but out of character space.

Something for Everyone

Planned a staycation for my partner and kids for her birthday. Very well appointed home from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We were able to spread out and yet enjoy time together on the main floor. This Gen Xer loved playing the old school arcade games with our kids in the gameroom. We had lunch at the Hash House (a must do, veggie friendly too) juat a 2 minute walk and walked to our dinner reservation. Convenient location and tons of free on street parking. All you have to do is show up! One note: it is not very accessible for anyone who may have mobility challenges. However there is a pullout couch and half bath on the 1st floor. Definitely recommend for large groups.

Perfect Grouo Getaway house

The house was very clean. Spacious! We were able to play games at the table. The kitchen has everything you need! Bedding is really comfy! Black out blinds were a plus! We plan on coming back to stay on our next New Hope/Lambertville getaway!

Weekend at the Lambertville Haven

My wife and I along with 4 other couples stayed the weekend and loved it. The house has plenty of room, has been updated and is very clean. There were plenty of clean sheets, towels and everything else we needed. The hosts were amazing, I texted them a few times and they were very courteous and responsive. The location is great. We were able to walk to downtown Lambertville 1 night, and took a short Uber to New Hope the second night. It's also a short drive to Peddlers Village. Highly recommend and we plan on staying there again.

Charming stay in good location

" have visited Lambertville multiple times, and this charming area is by far the best to stay in. It's a remarkably safe location, peacefully distanced from any hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to the town's main attractions. A quick walk is all it takes to explore the heart of Lambertville. Hyatus was an exceptional host, promptly responding to any inquiries I had. The house itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. I definitely plan on booking this place again for my next visit to Lambertville.

Loved it!

Recently stayed here and it was a great experience. The place is really high end and has a stylish vibe, plus the backyard is a nice little oasis. It was perfect for our larger group with plenty of beds. What I also loved was the location – super convenient, just a short walk to some of the cutest cafes, restaurants, and even a grocery store nearby. Definitely the best pick if you're in Lambertville (or new hope) and want a cozy, convenient spot.

Incredible home in the town
