“I asked for a ground floor room due to bad knees. I got a room suitable for wheelchair access to all bathroom facilities. Very thoughtful! The room was quite large and very clean. The TV had Fox chanels as a bonus. The motel is joined to the Glenmore Tavern so very easy access to the hotel, meals, even room service. Shops and Maccas are just 50m away. Check-in was really fast and easy. Staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“Our room was pretty average, the bathroom has no fan, shower door did not close well so water was liking to the floor and making a mess. Housekeeping limited to making beds not cleaning or disposing of rubbish. The wifi password was not updated and the TV control remote did not work so we had to contact the manager who was very quick and helpful. ”
