Grand Gîte at Château Haut Lamouthe with Private Terrace, Garden, and Wi-Fi

Nestled in the heart of an active wine and fruit estate on the Bergerac wine route, this characterful home invites you to experience the relaxed lifestyle of the Périgord. Perfect for family or group stays, it offers a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards and orchards—ideal for relaxing and discovering the region’s culinary delights and outdoor activities.



Guided tours of the wine cellars and tastings of the estate’s wines are available for an extra fee. At the on-site shop, you’ll also find all the estate’s products: wines, apple juice, and prunes from the surrounding orchards.



Fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged, the property accommodates up to 12 adults and 2 children, offering spacious rooms in an authentic setting.



The house is divided into two areas:

First area: a large kitchen open to the dining room (table for 8), a comfortable living room with TV and internet, one double bedroom, one quadruple bedroom (two double beds), and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Second area (separated by a laundry room): three double bedrooms, a bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, separate toilet, and a large living room with a table for 14, a play area, and two single beds.



Outside, several parking spaces are available. Enjoy a furnished area with table, chairs, and barbecue—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The partially fenced garden opens onto the orchards. In season, you can even pick fruit directly from the trees.



The village center is a 5-minute drive away, with bakery, butcher, pharmacy, newsstand, hairdresser, and beauty salon.
