“I was in Perth for a family reunion in early June 2025 that was held in Stewart Park, right across the street from this VRBO rental. This area of Perth is very historic, with the Tay canal running right behind the rental unit. The rental unit was excellent - lots of dishes, good TV, large fridge, good air conditioning, and an excellent view of the street and the park. Very good location, with many shops and cafe's nearby. Great unit !”

“This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. “This was the perfect little getaway with my girlfriends, the place was so lovely, we all felt so comfortable, we had heat issues, and when we contacted the management, they came over within minutes to rectify our issue. Really sweet little town with lots of beautiful shops and places to eat.”

“Loved this place. Homely style with modern touches. The room was lovely, bed was super comfy and bathroom was new/renovated. The staff were all superb, so nice and friendly they made our stay very special. We had dinner there 2 nights of the 3, both had live music which was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed Jeff Callery and his band. The patio was lovely, and the weather co-operated so was great to eat outside with the spectacular water views and the great music. Food was delicious...
