Pros: nice and secluded, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was clean and comfortable
However, the condition of the furniture and lighting was absolutely abysmal. Not only was the furniture cheap and uncomfortable, there was damage to the sofa, the toilet seat lid was not attached at all, the table was missing a foot and was unstable, the bedside lamp did not have a cord, nor did it work, if it was supposed to be on battery, and the lights flickered or pulsed for a bit until they warmed up, I guess. For a sneaky almost $200 in fees and taxes, this was a junk rental. I'd recommend avoiding it until they figure out how to maintain it. I'd let the sofa slide if it wasn't so cheap and uncomfortable, but simple and cheap fixes like toilet seat and table are inexcusable.
Now, in their defense, the host did offer to send someone out to replace the toilet seat, but we had a late evening and didn't want someone in while we were still sleeping. The fact that either someone on the cleaning crew knew it was broken and just left it as it was or that they actually didn't bother to clean the toilets and would never have noted the broken seat are both disturbing situations. I'd recommend avoiding these properties until they get a chance to sort this out.
