It was such a blessing to stay at this beautiful house! The house was super clean, had everything we needed and more (even for our dog!), and was in a great location. Every detail was thought of for people to stay. Sandy was really helpful and easy to communicate with, and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely beautiful Home

We loved the house. The coffee machine was our friend for sure. Mornings sat on the porch before our busy day was perfect. Late evenings out there too. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Had a great stay. The house had everything you needed. It is spacious, comfortable, and great decor. Especially loved the coffee nook. You are able to walk to Main Street where there are restaurants, shopping, breweries.

Family-Friendly Historic Gem with Modern Upgrades

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully remodeled historic home. It was perfect for our family, offering a blend of charming history and modern updates. It had a pack n play for kid, nice coffee/berverage area, large tv, work desk/ library area. Good for remote work while visiting family.

5 STAR! Beautiful, well appointed home in Buffalo! Easy UBER to the Bills stadium!!

We came to Buffalo to attend the Bills VS Chiefs game with friends and stayed at this historic, beautifully renovated home. The owner was available for any questions that popped up and was lovely to deal with. We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this is one of the cleanest, most beautiful properties yet! Can’t wait to go back to Buffalo and stay in this beautiful home again.

This is one of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen. The location is right in the heart of Lancaster, which turned out to be a really cool town. Great shopping & restaurants & only about 10 mins from Buffalo, which turned out to be another really cool city to explore. The whole experience was wonderful & we will definitely be staying here again! We LOOOOOVED it!

Modern updates!

The rental home was very clean and loved the modern updates! Asked for a Pack n Play and a brand new one was ordered for us! Owner was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

Lancaster Love

We really enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. The neighborhood felt safe and the house was super quaint and comfortable. We especially loved the equipped coffee bar as we are coffee aficionados! The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved all the furnishings. The house was remodeled beautifully and I especially loved the pretty bathrooms. What a gem in the middle of Lancaster!

Lancaster, NY House

This house was perfect for our stay in Lancaster, NY. The pictures match the description perfectly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has ample parking available. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you would need. The house is close to downtown Buffalo and very easy to get around the area. There are many options for food and drinks that are nearby. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Buffalo!

A wonderful Christmas stay!

The house was even better than the description/pictures - it exceeded our expectations! We spent a fantastic four days here and there are so many lovely small touches that just made the house exceptional (the bathroom under the stairs, the framed papers, etc... so cool!). The owners were so thoughtful in how they decorated for the holidays and communicated ahead of time, making sure we would walk into a warm home. During our stay they were responsive and helpful and we can't thank them enough for helping us have an incredible stay. Thank you!

Amazing house

This is a beautiful house! It was apparently recently renovated. Everything is so well thought out- all the modern conveniences, but still maintaining the beauty and charm of a Victorian home. The beds and living spaces were very comfortable. All large kitchen appliances appear to be brand new and state of the art. There were lots of small appliances for just about anything you could need. The coffee bar (complete with several coffee choices and snacks!) and downstairs bathroom (something you have to see for yourself!) were my favorite parts of the house. The guest contact person was responsive and very easy to work with. The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The long driveway provides great off street parking for 3 or 4 cars. We were in town to visit family, but also took side trips to Canalside and Niagara Falls- very easy to get to. It would be fun to stay here for a Bills game- even if you didn’t go to the game it would be fun to watch on the GIANT tv screen! Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. We would definitely rent here again.
