“As far as the house location , dock and yard it was great. There were so many mouse droppings in the kitchen and several bedrooms that I felt it to be a health hazard. We heard scratches at night. Being there with a toddler, it was very disturbing. We left a day early. The a/c was also not functioning properly, so the daytime was hot. Nighttime was ok. Will not go back.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay this year and the host was extremely helpful and accommodating with excellent communication. It's nice having a carport to store the boat under and it is very close to the Jonathon Creek boat ramp. There are a couple of different ways to approach this rental, and I would suggest taking the farthest "Oasis Road" turn off to the west if you're pulling a boat.
