“When we checked into the hotel, the clerk was very friendly, checked us in, and told us quiet hours started at 9:00pm. That first night, there were people sitting on a bench literally right next to our window drinking and yelling til after 11:00. The next night, some random lady was pounding on our door at 1:00am.
