With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, it’s the perfect spot for two couples or a family of up to six. After a day of exploring, soak in the hot tub(unavailable) and take in the tranquil surroundings.

After indulging in world-class mountain biking, climbing, or hiking, retreat to this fully remodeled house and unwind in the 1,200 square feet of freshly designed living space. Cozy up by the pellet fireplace while lounging in the living room or kitchen, which features a two-sided fireplace. Take in the panoramic views through the picture windows overlooking the mountains.

Your adventurous pursuits are sure to work up an appetite, but cooking will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen! Sit down to enjoy your homemade meal at the spacious dining table, conveniently located off the kitchen and seating six.

As evening descends, sip drinks in the crisp mountain air or relax in the saltwater hot tub. Embrace the beauty of nature as the sun sets over the foothills, and continue your outdoor lounging into the night for some stargazing with your loved ones!

Towards the back of the property, discover an aspen grove and a flowing creek. Additionally, there's a shed at your disposal for storing biking, climbing, or other outdoor gear!

◆ Unit one Wind River Place - hot tub and shed (shared with unit two if it is occupied) (Hot tub unavailable at the moment)
◆ No Pets Policy: We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals following the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal
◆ Parking: Use the first driveway on the left with the asphalt for a maximum of three vehicles. The driveway on the right in front of the garage is for the occupants of the other unit. Parking is NOT allowed on the rural country road. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
