Everything about the hotel is okay until my checkout date. I’m not sure if this hotel fall or not but the arrangement of the boat to the land was so terrible. Hotel arranged the SMALL boat to pick us up and the weather was so bad , there was a rain all the way to the land and it forced driver to speed up the boat. It was really hurt when we met with the big wave and I fee like being in the roller coaster. Can you imagine that? And this is my first time going to this island. I was worried about our safety and yes we were getting WET, our stuff and bags were wet. I don’t know who should I blame to so I went to the the counter that selling the ticket once arrived at the land, the lady so very rude to us, she didn’t care and just said that “ I told you already not to take the boat in the evening “ Well, was that our fail ? I understand that arranging the small boat with the small group will save the cost a lot but please take care guest’s safely too ! and during the ride, we didn’t have any thing to cover us ! I’m so upset and our lower body are pain now. Please do something Thank you.

スタッフの人はみんな親切で対応もすごく良かった！ 目の前がビーチで景色もすごく綺麗 冷蔵庫がないから冷たい飲み物を飲みたい時はレストランに言って氷を貰いに行かないといけなかった。 シャワーの水圧がなくて一苦労。 そこが不便だったところかな。 クラブサンドウィッチがすごく美味しかった。 周りにはホテル以外に何もないから海に入ってゆっくりするのにすごく最適。 売店もないから飲み物とかは持っていった方がいい。 WiFiあるって書いてるけどなかった。 部屋は日本のビジネスホテルと同じくらいの綺麗さかな。 汚いところがだめな私でも全然泊まれる場所でした。 また泊まりに行きたい。

The location is great. The overall condition of the property is a bit run down, but everything's still fine & in order. Overall cleanliness is good, but I feel the toilet could be cleaner. Our budget room came with buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner which was mostly good. I strongly feel that they should clean up behind their property. The trail to the other beach that starts at the back of the resort is full of their unused or possibly even stuff for replacements; perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

The people who ran the place (the staffs) are friendly and most are helpful. The room is kind of aged, and the meals, however, was disappointing. They need improvement on the meals, they are very bland and mundane to have the similar dish daily, it feels cheapskate and akin to meals in penitentiary (like those you seen on TV), e.g. their pasta sauce is just plain tomato sauce with bits of tomatoes, no mince meat or whatsoever. The only better meal you could have was their Saturday night BBQ dinner. You guys have so much to offer, but really need to buck up and improve. Also bits of rubbish are everywhere, do dedicate someone to clean up the beach and resort areas daily, and also educate visitors on the environmental impact.

What a great place to escape. Nice clean accommodations and lovely staff enhance this beach get away and lagoon beyond. The food was good and bar nicely situated to enjoy the sunset with a cold beverage. Wonderful place to have a low key family get away, even with teenagers. Oh, and the snorkeling and beach are fantastic no matter high or low tide. A place to not miss is you want a great stay away from it all.

Bokade hotellet då jag hade tidigt flyg dagen efter. Bra ankomstservice med fast track genom passkontrollen.Bra rum med det man behöver för en bra natts sömn. Poolen okej, skönt med en simtur efter en lång flygning. Bra service bla blir man hämtad och lämnad i terminalen.

Decisamente da migliorare

Struttura decisamente vecchia, andrebbero migliorati gli interni dei bungalow, poiché oltre ad essere datati, sono rotti, rovinati. La pulizia è pessima, abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno, polvere ovunque, abbiamo fatto presente al manager che ha provveduto a cambiarci la stanza perché era davvero messa male. La stanza nuova era decisamente meglio com’era pulizia. Diciamo che il buffet sta nella media sia come colazione che come pranzo e cena, nulla di particolare. Il mare è uno spettacolo grazie al cielo, anche la natura che circonda il resort è fantastica. Da segnalare l'assenza di copertura Wi-Fi nonostante fosse indicata tra i servizi compresi.

シュノーケリングが楽しい

建物は古いのですが、比較的管理はされています。明るく楽しいスタッフも多く、リラックスした時間を過ごせました。大きなトカゲ（２ｍほど）がのそのそ歩いるのにも遭遇しました。ホテル前のビーチに沢山の魚がいて、ツアーなどに参加しなくても、十分シュノーケリングを楽しめます。 宿泊客が少ない時期だったようなので、ビーチベットの場所取りなども必要がなかったのですが、混んでいる時期だと大変かもしれません。

great setting, resort needs new management

air con remote not working, kettle not working, bulb gone, a swarm of ants in bathroom... and then RATS in the villa, bitten by fleas... they moved us straight away, but no apology... new room... leaking roof in the bathroom... hot water took AGES to come through... phew! the staff are friendly and they do try... the place is great with excellent snorkelling around the island... but the rats and fleas really sucked. the place needs new management.

Del resort ha solo il prezzo

I resort di Lang Tengah, oltre ad avere una posizione fantastica, sono carenti da tutti gli altri punti di vista (pulizia, qualità delle camere, qualità del cibo). Per cui il prezzo pagato x l'alloggio più quello x la barca ( ca 35 euro a persona ) sono davvero eccessivi rispetto a quello che si trova sull'isola. L'unica differenza tra il Sari e il vicino Summer Bay è che al Sari il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.
