  • We offer for rent 2 magnificent cottages (Olivier and Palmier) located in the same property as well as a luxury suite. Our cottages are classified as furnished 3-star tourism.
    Ideally located 10 minutes from Nîmes and 20 minutes from Montpellier near the sea in a quiet and exceptional environment, come and discover the comfort and beauty of these places. The Gite Olivier awaits you, nestled on the heights of a typical village in the south of France, you will appreciate the panoramic view of the Valley and the Pic St Loup. Everything is relaxation and pleasure, Infinity pool with well-heated jacuzzi, pool house and sunbathing await you to relax and enjoy exceptional sunsets.

    IMPORTANT: For the periods of the year when arrivals are on Saturdays only, note that departures are also on Saturdays (essential rule during the summer holidays). However, depending on the season, the number of nights desired and depending on availability, we can adapt to your request.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Christophe war immer für uns da. Er hatte immer gute Tipps was man unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Super appartement qui est très bien situé

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans le Gite Olivier. La piscine et la terrasse sont juste à côté avec une très belle vue ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et serviables ! Dans le village il y a une boulangerie, un domaine viticole et le supermarché Lidl. D’autres supermarchés ne sont pas loins ainsi qu’un petit magasin de produits régionaux et bios. Tous les dimanches, un marché typique a lieu à Calvisson, un petit village près de Langlade. On peu facilement aller à la belle ville de Nîmes ou à Montpellier. De plus, pour aller à la plage, il faut environ 45 minutes de route. L’appartement dispose de tout dont on a besoin. Les lits superposés se trouvent dans une chambre qu’il faut traverser pour aller à la salle de bains.

Wonderful holiday in a super location

We have stayed with great pleasure two weeks in gite L'Olivier. Of course we read in reviews about the difficult and steep road to the villa but with some rest it turned out to be no problem at all. The flat was fine and fully equipped. The bed took some getting used to, from 180 cm wide at home to barely 140 cm but a problem? No! Because the villa has only two flats, in addition to the main tenant, a relaxed atmosphere is guaranteed. We really appreciated the peace and quiet that the villa offered us. The pool is fantastic and the view unique. Despite all the positive findings, there is one important point of attention. We had two weeks with plenty of sun and 29 to 33 degrees every day. But at the same time we had the misfortune that many of those days there was also a strong wind. Nice when it was that hot, but because of that it was not an option to open the parasols at the swimming pool or near the flat. Because the villa and L'Olivier do not offer any shade anywhere else, that is a serious disadvantage. Not being able to get out of the sun in that kind of sunny and warm weather is actually not healthy either. By the way, we often went out from Langlade. To the Camarque (2×), Arles, Nimes, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Aigues Mortes, Le Baux de Provence and a ride with an old steam locomotive through the Cervennes from Anduze. In short, we really enjoyed two weeks. Thank you Christophe on behalf of Harrie and Ineke.

Eine schöne Woche in der Region Von Nimes

Frau und Herr Gardon sind sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Ebenso wird sich viel Mühe geben, mit Tipps für die Region. Die Umgebung ist vielfältig, vorallem das Kanu fahren am Ponte de Gard hat uns gut gefallen. Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit, die Matratzen im Stockbett weißen viele gelbe Flecken auf…., hier wurde trotz Reklamation nicht getauscht, sondern nur ein zusätzliches Laken angeboten !! Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage, die aber langsam in die Jahre kommt und an der einen oder anderen Stelle mehr Pflege bedarf. Küche und Ausstattung insgesamt gut !

Location très agréable

Location très agréable et propriétaire très accueillant. Une vue magnifique et un espace piscine/spa très réussi. Je recommande pour visiter la région car celle ci est très riche. Conseils : nous avions le gîte l Olivier, avec le recul je recommande le Palmier qui donne directement sur la piscine et offre une vue dégagée. Suggestion d amélioration : piscine à débordement un peu froide, elle mériterait d être plus chauffée.

Die Wohnung hielt alles, was sie versprach. Es ist eine von drei Wohnungen in einem schönen Haus, von denen eine der Vermieter selber nutzt. Ein Traum für Sonnenuntergangsliebhaber.

Schöne Wohnung mit Traumaussicht

Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Reisen nach Nimes, Avignon und in die Camargue liegt das Haus ideal. Nach abwechslungsreichen Tagen war jeder Abend im Ferienhaus ein Genuss. Der kilometerweite Blick vom Pool oder von der Terrasse Richtung Sonnenuntergang ist wunderbar! Bei Fragen zur Umgebung oder organisatorischen Dingen war der Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei Familie Gardon verbracht. Der Ausblick alleine ist die Reise schon wert. Familie Gardon ist freundlich und präsent ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Alles unsere Anliegen wurden freundlich und geduldig beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Overall experience from booking to departing was excellent.

Mr Gardon was very helpful and answered all our emails and questions prompt and in English . On arrival he was extremely welcoming, supplied us with places to visit and arranged for us to visit a local Chateau for a tasting, well worth the walk. Property is very well located, lots of places to visit within easy reach...a supermarket within 5 drive and a bakers a short walk down the hill...and back up again, but warm croissants were worth it. The inside has been tastefully decorated and its light, airy interior is very homely and inviting. It has a fully equiped kitched with many appliances including, a much appreciated, proper fridge/freezer. Modern bathroom and a good sized bedroom, with King bed, also plenty of storage. The private balcony is great for enjoying meals with a great ever changing view. The pool, hot tub and sun lounge area has the most amazing views. We enjoyed many days in the hot tub studying it. The pool is cool and refreshing on warm/hot days. Many details have been carefully thought out, as up there is a gas BBQ, bathroom and a toilet. It is really hard to find a fault with our experience. So hope that anyone reading this will enjoy if you decide to visit. June & Keith, England Oct 2019

Rundum schön

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen. Besonders herauszustreichen ist natürlich der wunderbare Pool mit Jacuzzi und die herrliche Sicht aufs Tal, einzigartige Sonnenuntergänge. Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und gut eingerichtet, die meisten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Netter Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der kleineren, der beiden Wohnungen verbracht. Wir waren zu fünft (zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder (11/4/4). Der Platz war ausreichend, da man auch wenig Zeit in der Wohnung verbringt. Die Terrassen und die Poolanlage sind so großzügig und wunderschön wie auf den Bildern. Eine tolle Anlage.

Vue panoramique

Mes 3 enfants et moi avons profité de ce lieu magnifique. A toute heure la vue de la terrasse, de la piscine ou du jacuzzi apporte une appréciable détente. Nous avons pu visiter Nîmes qui se trouve à 20 min, les salins d’Aigues-Morte à 30 min, Montpellier à 45 min, les Baux de Provence à 50 min et les cascades du Sautadet à faire le soir pour un apéro pic nic à 1h10. Merci beaucoup Mr et Mme Gardon pour votre accueil.

Spectacular!

Everything was as hoped! The owners gave us a warm welcome, showed us around and explained how everything worked. Fortunately Christophe spoke excellent English! The gite was smart, clean, well-equipped, and had a private terrace with a magnificent view. We tried the fabulous pool.Staying in May, the water was quite invigorating but it will be brilliant for hot summer days! The jacuzzi good any day. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. We were pleased the television had many international stations and we were able to watch the news and play DVDs. Unexpected highlights for our stay was the wonderful Sunday market at the nearby town of Calvisson and the lovely walks in and around the Voie Verte.

Sehr schön gelegen, Pool toll, Ausstattung gut!

Für 2 Personen ideal, zum Glück mit Klimaanlage, die auf Dauer auch alle Räume kühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne wieder!

Toller Urlaub -in Traumlage!

Toller Urlaub in Langlade bei Christelle und Christophe. Pool und Aussicht sind traumhaft. Im Ort gibt es alles zum Einkaufen, was man täglich braucht. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen in der Gite Olivier. Das 2. Zimmer für die Kinder war uns zu klein. Christoph und seine Frau sind tolle Vermieter und sehr angenehm. Wir haben den Urlaub und die Gegend sehr genossen.

Gîte Olivier is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven in de buurt van Nimes en omgeving!

Mooie 4 persoons gîte welke vast zit aan een villa waar de eigenaar woont. Op de boven verdieping is nog een 2e gîte voor 2 personen. Elke gîte heeft een eigen terras met een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Samen deel je het onverwarmde zwembad de warme hottub, zonneterras en bbqplek. Langlade is een dorpje in een rustige omgeving waar je kunt wandelen/ fietsen etc. in 20min ben je in Nimes en in 45 min aan zee. Prima wegen. Onder in het dorpje supermarkt en op loopafstand een bakkertje. Beide ook zondags open:-). Behulpzame eigenaar die ook Engels spreekt. Je parkeert je auto bij de villa. Prima bedden, sanitair en gîte is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke week gehad!

Wunderschön...unser bester Urlaub!

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Frankreich! Wir haben uns sofort in die Gegend verliebt. Die Wohnung bei Christelle und Christophe ist absolut wunderbar. Herrliche Lage und toller Blick. Schöner noch als auf den Bildern!!! Wir haben nichts vermisst, es war alles vorhanden und die beiden sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen! Dankeschön...
