  • This property is on Lake Guntersville. It is a 2016 mobile home that is less than a 1/2 mile away from the boat launch at South Sauty. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a kitchen. The tv in the den area has Dish Network, playstation 2 and wii gaming systems. The TV in the bedroom has a DVD and VHS player and is for movies only. There is no wifi at this time. The deck has great views of the lake. Hunt or fish during the day then come back and enjoy the sun set behind the mountains on Lake Guntersville.

The house was clean and decorated very nicely. It was perfect for our fishing trip and was close to a ramp. Would definitely rent from again.

Very well kept , clean and beautiful place. Right down Rd from ramp or a few miles for shopping. We have stayed in few other VRBO places in the area, and to us it's the best we have stayed in. Very beautiful place and we will be staying again.

Very at home feel. The host was very kind and had left snacks and drinks including coffee which was very nice. The perfect spot to get away as a couple or with a small family. The scenery on the property was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely rebook and highly recommend anyone else to book

Really enjoyed our stay! Very close to a great boat ramp, foggy Mountain Views, hot shower, plenty of room for boat parking, everything you could possibly need is there, clean, had a big buck (deer) in the yard one morning… Not sure if there is Wi-Fi? We didn’t have time to try to figure it out.

Relaxing and Beautiful Setting

Enjoyed fishing from the bank out the backyard of the property. Beautiful view of the water. Great accommodations, very quiet and peaceful. Great hosts!

Great place to relax

Staying here is great as always ,very clean , kitchen stocked with needed items , parking for vehicles and boats is really nice. The turn coming into the mobile home is a little tricky and if anyone is bringing a boat I would suggest coming on the highway from South to North ( from the direction of the South Sauty Store and restaurant) to make an easy left turn into the driveway with the best view of on coming traffic.Not a big deal and easy to figure out .Communication is great with Rene all questions are answered promptly. This is our 3rd or 4th stay and we like the setup and the neighborhood , quiet and peaceful. The South Sauty Restaurant and Store is just down the road and has great food , especially for fishermen getting an early biscuit and cup of coffee and a meat and three at lunch . We hope we are able to come back…Bill
